We find that a lot of the time, firms stick rigidly to the terms and conditions. Although they're there as a basis for conducting business, sometimes common sense can go a long way. As an active and valued customer, the decision was to extend the free bets. We can't, however, guarantee this is the norm and the decision is made on a case by case basis.

Couldnt fault the service i recieved. I had a query and approached the live chat for help. The issue couldnt be resolved straight away but was told it would be investigated and within 15/20 minutes was all resolved

Used both sportsbook and casino for around a year now. MMA betting is no longer available which for me is a loss however no other complaints. Great range of Casino/games and very fair rtp% some of my biggest wins are with this site. Easy to set up restrictions on daily deposit amounts. Customer service is perfect and withdrawals seem to be at an average speed to go from pending to pay out so far. As of now can highly recommend

Great casino site which I use mainly for slots, sometimes sports. Wide variety of games from well known providers, easy to navigate and use, and generous loyalty scheme/promotions available. Have on occasion has to contact customer support due to rare technical difficulty, and have always found the team to be very helpful and prompt in their response, friendly and efficient and always offering a satisfactory resolution to any issue.
I have used different casino sites in the past but would now use no other than betbright, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
