Great site for backing and laying. Has really good odds compared to other exchanges out there. Really good customer service aswell which is hard to find these days. Was connected on live chat in seconds and query was resolved just as fast. Massive shout out to Austin on the live chat 👌

The site works, but it didn't impress me. Registration is simple, and the deposit is without problems. The games quickly became boring, and the withdrawal turned out to be too long. Therefore, it gets only an average rating.

Fast and helpful response from Betdaq help desk. My problem resolved fully.

Prompt replies and swift action by John to resolve the issue. John was also very forward thinking.

Vicky helped me get my account sorted out after losing my card and sorted out two payments that bounced.

Had a query where I layed a bet on the fav only of it to be matched at 100 !!!!! Who in there right minds would accept them odds. Went onto chat spoke to John raised my complaint got nowhere I asked for it to be put to a supervisor he said he would and I would hear in due course heard nothing in 2 weeks. No surprise there odds are woefull not trustworthy so many better exchanges out there AVOID !!!
Edit : I trust I dont have to hold my breath waiting for someone to get in touch as its been 3 days since your reply and nothing. Not really a surprise tho I guess!!
2nd edit well what a surprise no response 1 month later not resolved plus I laid a dog for £50 which lost so I won my bet only for the race to be voided! this happens but I asked why no response Trust me these guys are not reliable rhere odds are always miles off off other exchanges AVOID !!
Last edit no response from Betdaq despite numerous requests. The odds are woefull no liquidity spreads are shocking moving to Betfair immediately AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

i had a problem logging in to my a/c your agent was very efficient and helpful she guided me through the processasi am 80yrs old and she was very understandingand very helpful as i am a bit of a one finger wizard she was very kind and helpful

I would give them 0. I can't believe it takes them a month to review my documents, which I provided completely. They even ask for income verification, which I find excessive, but I didn't mind providing it, and in fact, I don't have a problem providing anything to speed up the process. But all they say to me is... 'yes, we will consult and let you know by email.' LIE!! They never confirm anything, and days go by. Honestly, I don't understand why I am being disrespected when all I am doing is following the procedure I was instructed to. I hope to be rewarded after they read this review and receive a sincere apology. With this behavior, I DO NOT RECOMMEND HOUSE BETDAQ AT ALL.

No puedo creer como puede ser que tarden un mes en revisar mis documentos los cuales les facilite todos
Incluso piden verificacion de ingresos, lo cual me parece algo excesivo pero sin problemas lo facilite y de hecho no tengo problemas en facilitar lo que sea para acelerar el proceso
Pero lo unico que me dicen es ... "si, lo vamos a consultar y te avisaremos por mail" MENTIRA!! nunca me confirman nada y pasan los dias

Sinceramente no entiendo porque se me falta el respeto, si yo lo unico que hago es seguir el procedimiento que se me ordena

Espero ser gratificado despues de que lean esta reseña y recibir unas sentidas disculpas.

Con este comportamentieno NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA LA CASA BETDAQ.

Was the correct procedure followed? But I've been writing to you almost every day for nearly a month via chat, and you always tell me that it is under review. I offer to provide additional documentation if necessary, and you always tell me the same thing. How long does it take you to review my documents? A month, seriously? Please, for the sake of Betdaq if you care, try not to be more misleading in your responses as it only worsens the situation. The least I expect is that after having offered my help, you grant me access to my account. Not that I have to write to you every day via chat or elsewhere. I hope you reconsider instead of worrying about a negative opinion and focus on what is important, which is to solve my problem.
