This reply from Betdaq is a total lie , there was no reason to ask me for my private bank statement , to say that the correct procedure was carried out is a joke , and whoever they are that has caused my so much stress should be sacked , to suddenly reduce my limit from £2k a week to £500 without any prior notice just shows how useless this company are at customer services , they have absolutely no business sense or empathy for their customers , the fact that I had shown a profit over the last 90 days to me makes this whole scenario even more bizarre , I was only told my deposit was reduced when I couldnt deposit some more funds ans was asked to contact them to which I was told my account deposit limit had been reduced , then when I said could they just reduce it to just £1k per week I was told then that I would need to send them copies of bank statements , to which I said to close my account , I then spoke to customers services about reopening my account at the limit of £500 per week , but they still wanted to see my bank statements to which I refused. I reopened my account 18 months ago , I was told my weekly deposit limit was £2k , on 16th January I tried to deposit £300 , only to get a message to ask me to contact their department that deals with deposit limits , the guy there told me that my deposit limit had been reduced to just £500 a week , I was disgusted the way this was done , without any prior warning , just bang restricted and I was surprised as I had shown a small profit over the previous 90 days, so I complained to customers services who said they would speak to the person responsible and was told they would review my limit , after numerous e-mails and several phone calls and waiting for 10 days still nothing, then after getting very frustrated by the lack of any decision I was finally contacted by customer services to say they would only reopen my account if I sent them bank statements , something that was not mentioned initially when I was told my deposit was reduced to £500 to which I said I would not sent my bank statements as they are my private business unfortunately , so my account has been closed .
Betdaq does not seem to have any business sense , WHY close someones account when there is NO GOVERNMENT directive for this , also there is no Gambling commission white paper on this (asking for private information regarding finances).
Another issues which happens EVERY day is being logged out again without any warning , this has cost me over £600 , but no apologies and was told it would be fixed over 8 months ago , but was still happening .
It seems that the people in charge at Betdaq are completely incompetent of running the compliance department and judging by some of the reviews I am not the first person to be treated badly.
TRUSTPILOT is quite obviously BIASED TOWARDS BETDAQ , as my complaint is truthful and is quite plain and simple to understand and to ask me to explain is a joke and no reference no on the reply form , I will not remove this complaint and if it is removed I will write another one.

Use the platform on a regular basis. Confident on reliability, very important when placing bets. Enhanced Specials are a favourite.

I’ve had a great experience using Betdaq. Their customer service team has been excellent, quick to respond and helpful. The promotions have also been very fair and competitive, especially compared to other exchanges.
Liquidity on the main markets (football, horse racing) has been strong, making it easy to get matched at good odds. The platform itself runs smoothly, with fast deposits and withdrawals. Overall, Betdaq is a reliable and trustworthy exchange that continues to improve!

Very helpful. I was surprised to be informed I was not putting my password in correctly and on further inspection, having not been on the site for a while, I realised I was making the same mistake with my 3rd letter. Tried again and got on having informed them that I had identified my error.
