Writing on behalf of my Mother - I used Betesh Middleton to deal with my late father’s estate. I had to constantly chase for updates after them making multiple mistakes and not having the correct information, which delayed the whole process. My case was dealt with by one trainee after another. When I made any complaint or even queried anything they responded in a rude and patronising manner and never gave any sort of apology. They showed absolutely no compassion and did nothing but add more stress at what was already such a difficult time. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Unprofessional, unsympathetic and rude! They have under qualified, incompetent staff that have no clue what is going on. There is never any one to speak to on the phone or in person. They have no compassion when dealing with customers who are trying to deal with the loss of family. STAY CLEAR!

Betesh started representing my landlord in disputes over his negligence to clean and maintain the communal areas of my building as well as take responsibility for damage caused to my property through leaks.

Betesh have failed to respond in a timely manner to any of my emails, have repeatedly refused to speak to me over the phone and have taken no action to ensure their client is acting lawfully. Unfortunately at the point now where legal action will need to be taken against my landlord but Betesh Middleton are once again not being transparent with communications.

Terrible company and avoid at all costs

Very poor service, in the end I transferred my requirements to another solicitor because communications were so poor and the matter dragged on for much longer than necessary. I was also given documentation with the name of the wrong deceased person on it, not my own family member, which was very upsetting. When I complained I received no apology and after making a formal complaint, I received a dismissive response. I would not recommend using this company.

I would recommend Betesh Middleton to anyone and would like to thank them on behalf my neice after her loss of partner of 34yrs,we brought them in due to the lack of commitment from a previous solicitor and they dealt with the selling of her properties, the completing and settlements of mortgages and also the probate of her partner.
Kuleel worked tirelessly to get things resolved, always available always extremely polite and extremely quick. Would highly recommend them,we will definitely use again.
