I am very disappointed with my experience. I voluntarily requested the permanent closure of my original account, and support confirmed that it was permanently closed. After some time, I created a new account because the old one no longer existed. My new account was then flagged for "multi-accounting," my account was closed, and my funds were frozen.
I explained the situation and provided evidence that my previous account had been permanently closed before I created the new one. Initially, I only received automated responses saying the decision was final. I hope the ongoing review will be fair, but so far the experience has been frustrating due to the lack of clear communication and the automatic handling of my case.
I expected a proper human review before such a serious decision was made.

Started out good then turned Pretty lame considering I played tens of thousands of dollars on this site and then tried to cash out 5k and they blocked my account and told me the funds are forfeited and the decision is final. Complete scam don't trust them. Two days ago I deposited 444.00 USDT and played on this site. I won, and my balance became 916.90 USDT. A follow up to my previous review. I want to reiterate. I have never signed up to the site. Someone from Brazil laundered money through betplay.
They are ignoring my solicitors letter. The deadline for correspondence has expired without a reply. Refusing to share logs about a fraudulent account used to scam me
Coinbase are actively involved now and my solicitor will now be putting pressure on them to trace payments and ask them to flag any payments to betplay as high risk and can identify linked accounts/wallet flows
Betplay is refusing to release IP address logs, device information, and login records associated with the account(s). Potentially as they are aware of money laundering and hacking through their site.
My lawyer is also following the language in their terms and conditions about their anti-fraud provisions.
I will continue at full speed now as you’ve ignored my lawyer. Unless all deposits are refunded immediately.
