This is my personal experience with this betting company, and it has been extremely frustrating.
I placed a bet on over 11.5 shots, and every reputable statistics website — WhoScored, SofaScore, 365Scores, and others — shows 12 shots, which means the bet is clearly won.
Despite this, the company settled it as a loss.
I have now sent around 15 emails to customer support, and for two days I’ve been getting the exact same response: that a “relevant department” is reviewing my case. At this point, it honestly feels like this department doesn’t exist or is simply not doing anything, because nothing has moved forward at all.
From my perspective, the company is delaying a payment for a bet that is undeniably won, and I’m only receiving generic replies with no real action taken.
I hope sharing my experience helps other users be aware of the issues I’m facing so they can make informed decisions.
