They have stole 24k from my account because I won at sportsbetting!

Formal Complaint : Unlawful Account Suspension and Non-Payment of Funds

Dear Betplays Legal Department,

I am writing to formally demand the immediate reinstatement of my account and the release of my full balance of $24,115.03, which I have legally earned under your platform's terms and conditions.

I initially signed up with Betplays on May 24, 2024, and have wagered exclusively on sports through your platform. After withdrawing a small amount on June 11, 2024 which was accepted by your financial department, I redeposited $5,000 on August 29 2024. Followed by another $3,000, as confirmed by emails I have saved. I successfully increased my account balance to $24,115.03 through legitimate betting activities. After doing so, my account was unfairly restricted to $1 per bet, despite playing fully within the rules.

I then attempted to withdraw my funds, and after waiting for one week, I was informed on September 16th 2024 that my account had been suspended due to alleged violations of your General Terms and Conditions, specifically under Rules 3 (Multi-Accounts) and 9 (Criminal Activity, Collusion & Cheating).

Please be advised of the following:

No Multi-Accounts: I have never created or operated more than one account with Betplays. I have used only one account, which I have accessed solely from my computer, laptop, and cell phone. I have never shared or disclosed my account details with anyone.

No Criminal Activity or Collusion: I have never engaged in any criminal activity, collusion, or fraudulent behavior as outlined in your Rule 9. All my wagering activity has been conducted independently and fairly. I have no involvement in collusion or sharing of information with other players, nor have I attempted to manipulate the platform in any way.

Full Compliance: I have complied with all the applicable rules, including submitting my identity verification documents, which your team has approved, and have proof of all transactions, emails, and communications between myself and Betplays. My wagering history clearly demonstrates my compliance with your terms, and I have evidence of every wager placed and my balances.

Your decision to suspend my account and forfeit my balance without sufficient cause violates your contractual obligations and the principles of fair play. I hereby demand the immediate reinstatement of my account and the full release of my balance in the amount of $24,115.03.

Failure to comply with this request within 48 hours will result in further legal action, including but not limited to reporting your platform to relevant regulatory authorities (Comoros Licensing Authorities, TrustPilot, Casino-Guru) , initiating a formal legal claim for the recovery of my funds, and seeking damages for breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

I hope this matter can be resolved amicably and promptly.

Sept 19th: They answered this thread as if they do not have records of my account lol. Of course, they closed it. I have screenshots of my avcount with the balance and every teansaction made on there. Including doenloaded trannscripts of the staff interactions with me and email. It's incredible to see them blatantly lie on this platform. After speaking to my lawyers, without giving away sensitive information, Betplays has several lawsuits against them already. They should be shut down.

Guys stay away from this casino

Guys stay away from this casino. When you win they block you and tell you that you violated some policy. They also claim that they will reimburse your original deposit which they keep giving you all kinds of excuses. They are scammers. They will probably respond to this and say they dont have this email on file

I won 19,000 euros, account suspended

I won 19,000 euros. And when I tried to take out they said I have violated two rules. Rule regarding multi account and 2) tried to cheat rule. None of those are true. They suspended my account. I guess they don't want people to take out a lot of money when they win with little deposit. Scam! So disappointed. And when I ask they say "decision is final" without providing any proof to anything! Sent a complain to licensor.

Don’t play here - just simply way better options.

They say “up to five days for a withdrawal” good luck lol - it’s gonna succeed and you may not even see it, I’m still waiting myself.

The support is miserable, they don’t help in anyway and will ask if you need any more help without actually helping.

Scammers

Scammers! Deposited $650. Was told my max bet allowed was $13.86 and had to make about 50 bets to be able to make a withdrawal. Got account verified and they stated I was money laundering with no evidence; suspended my account permanently; and stated no remaining monies ($493) would be paid. Use Canadian companies only.

Stay away folks.

incompetant, lying and frauds.

i have been using BetPlays for over a year without much issue. after winning a good chunk of money over that time i made som withdrawels which took around 4-5 days after having to contact customer support about it. the last time i did withdraw money was a few weeks ago which was only around $315 i waited 14 days, did i recieve my money after that? no. on that 14th day i contacted customer support about it and they said they escaleted it. an hour later i recieve an email saying i broke their TOS, specificially accusing me of having multiple accounts and money laundring lol. i also had another $50 in real money to play with. they suspended my account and nothing was paid out, i have screenshots of it all, and plenty of evidence that i have provided to their license holder. they have some of the best offering in sports betting and great bonuses but its almost impossible to get your money out of the account and if you win too much they'll ban you. take legal action and complain to the license holder. by law they can lose their license if they recieve too many complaints. customer support also refused to provide me with info about my account. do not get blinded by the bonuses, you will not be using this site for long if you win a good amount over time. use other sites instead
