After being tempted by their introductory offer for new customers, I managed to place 3 or 4 winning bets (more luck than judgement) with these people before they stopped accepting any further bets from me. They didn't even honour their introductory offer. Fortunately I came away with more money than I deposited as there is still money in my account that I can't access. Be warned! Stay away.

Betsafe is one of the biggest sports betting sites and the odds are very very good compared to Paddy power, 888 etc. Unlike other sports heavy sites with P2P options there is no Horse racing? Crazy. Good promos for a sports sites and good CS but payout can take 5 days. App is terrible and won't let me review odds which is important!! Still better than Ladbrokes!

I hate seeing their stupid slow-motion commercial with Conor MgGreggor. He's a pussy loser that won't fight anymore and when he does, he loses. I hate his ugly face on their commercials. He's lost one belt, goig to lose another!

Used a little. I don’t bet much on football but must admit sometimes the odds are crazy and hard to resist.

Always found moving money very quick and easy.

My only critasim and correct me if I’m wrong but it doesn’t appear that there is any horse racing

You have to send in some documents, which is quite normal. But afterwards, you can play without a hassle. Very fast withdrawals: 2-4 hours.
CS is very kind, but limited in what they can do. So you have to wait 3-4 business days to get something fixed.
If they improve on that, it would be 5 stars for sure.

Placed a live bet on two games, tennis and basketball. Bet was accepted and both games won. Afterwards for some technical reason the tennis game was voided but the winnings from the basketball game kept. Ok, whatever, at least something. Then I continued betting and lost all I had won.
The next day I wanted to make a new deposit and I check that my account is in minus because now also the basketball game was
voided as well even though they gave me the winnings.

Placed a bet before the Scotland v Australia rugby match today which was sent for review due to the amount being wagered. Tried contacting the Betsafe live chat once the game started as the bet was neither accepted nor rejected however live chat was unavailable? Eventually I was able to make contact with a customers services rep to check the status of my bet. At this stage the match was 15 minutes in and as the customer services rep investigated, yes you guessed it, the team I backed (Scotland) to be leading at half time just scored a try and went on to win the first half. Unfortunately, as soon as Scotland did score I was informed my bet was rejected. Coinsidence (maybe) or underhanded by the bookie (most likely). The customer services rep confirmed there was a technical error on their side which is the reason the bet took 20 minutes to reject but wouldnt provide any detail of this technical fault? Refused to answer any of my questions and continued to say I was a valued customer but wouldnt offer any compensation. Closed my account and left feeling frustrated at the whole experience. Feel totally mugged.

Terrible bookies please avoid at all costs!!
Will lock your account and steal your money if you win anything half decent.
Currently getting help from IBAS to try and retrieve funds atm.
UPDATE: currently i'm e-mailing them daily to try and get my account back up so i can withdraw my funds this is there reply everytime (and i mean EVERYTIME) :

Jokers....please do not use!

Absolute joke of a company should be closed down. Did a horse racing bet this week had a reference number for bet company voided the bet said it wasn’t placed 5 hours after the horse had won put the stakes back into my account. now have stopped me receiving any bonuses with no explanation total waste of time.

do not ever consider to have an account with this company. I won £1012 and made withdrawal friday afternoon. been told it will only take maximum 24hrs to process. its been 3 days and still waiting for my withdrawal to be process. they keep telling they don't have a direct contact to their processing team. was advice security check was being conducted. i offer them my passport and bankcard that linked to the account to speed up the process.
my advice stay away..

Awful App which keeps reviewing odds and won’t allow you to accept. Can’t place bets. Customer service is even worse.
And they will not give me my winnings back
This crowd should be banned.

I deposited 15$ onto their site (i know its not alot, but you should still get my point from this)
Somehow I got a bonus, which payed me 0.5$ (!!!) Because of this bonus i had to bet my money 35x... because of 0.5$!
I naturally lost it all... actually that was even phishy, i was supposed to bet 1.5$ a time on roulette but somehow it bet 5$ instead og 1.5$. that might have been me misclicking... but i really doubt it. Wouldnt recommend this site honestly

Just as others have said, signed up deposited cash - claimed additional sign up bonus.

Placed a bet & won.

Tried to withdraw & it just says all my winnings are classed as Bonus cash and I need to fulfill the wagering requirement before I can withdraw the funds - which according to the T&C means I have to place 6 bets using my original deposit (+bonus, i think.) before I would be allowed to withdraw.

Saw no way around it - naturally, lost all the money on bets as they intended.

Avoid it like the plague, no matter what they offer just avoid Betsafe.

Terrible website. Tried to get a new customer offer, made me sign up but before I could deposit and b bet the website froze. The only way to access the promotion is by opening a new account and since that part had been completed there was no way to get the deal. Utter sh1te

joined betsafe on the 23 july 2017. the deal was, deposit £30 and they would match it. £60 now in the pot, the pot never fell below £38. 29 days later, the pot was at £87, betsafe took all of the money out of my account. they said i had not turned over enough money in the 28 day initial period to qualify for their bonus, i.e. the £30 matched deposit. At no time did they inform me i was not turning over enough, at no time did they warn me they would keep my £30 initial deposit. at no time did they warn me they would take all the money out of the pot. their response, i should have read the small print. be very wary of this company.
