Too much dependancy on electronic communications. Telephone contact is difficult with messages left not being passed on. Priority should be given on a more personal basis like phone.

I see potential in the gym with a couple changes
I recently changed gyms, hearing that my local better had been recently renovated so i thought i would give it a try!
For the most part it seems reasonable but i will list couple improvments i think would benefit everyone:
- More Sanitising wipes + Signs to say wipe equipment after use (i noticed most customers dont do this and some machines looked a little grimey)
- At least one smith machine (there 2 free weight bench press and 2 squat racks. These are great but some exercises need more stability at higher weight; a smith machine provides this)
- Some elastic resistance bands (These are essential for warming up and activating muscles before lifting, minimising the chance of injury)
I try and use the gym 6 days a week and will continue to stay here! These are just some suggestions on potential future improvments

I went for lane swimming at 9.30am
I went for lane swimming at 9.30am. Which was fine. The floor to the swimming pool could be looked at as some of the tiles sick up. Changing cubicles could do with a deep clean as well as the toilets.
We are suppose to have Aqua at this time. We had the most amazing teacher Ella. Who would tell us how to position ourselves so we do not injure ourselves or put pressure on our backs. The other teacher on Wednesday doesnt do this. Better at Dorking said she needed a certain certificate to teach us. The class is always full.She has been one of the best teachers there. Please pay and send her on that course.

Better customer services
I have been contacting Better Customer Services for the past few months, requesting that they repair the step machines, which have been out of service for a long time, but nothing has been done. Today, I spoke with a gentleman named Ben to express my frustration. I explained that I am paying for an additional membership just to use their step machines and asked if they could at least provide a refund until the machines are fixed.
His response was a cold, dismissive “no,” with no apology or acknowledgment of the situation. I am honestly baffled and shocked by this response, especially considering that I pay for my son’s swimming lessons and even celebrated his birthday party at their facilities.
I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I am simply requesting that the step machines be repaired and that I be refunded for the period during which they are out of service.

Aqua aerobics classes have been disrupted /inconsistent due to staffing popular classes like Pilates are always booked up in advance with little chance of waiting list places so as my membership is through the gp and it’s important for my health I’m not impressed

The centre and pools
This is a lovely leisure centre with good pools.My granddaughter is there every week for lessons.However the shower area is cramped with water either very hot or very cold and toilets are often dirty.
