The whole experience from booking through to the party was so easy. Thank you to Anja and her team, she was so helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed on the day.. It was a great fun party. Highly recommended.

We had such a wonderful experience at…
We had such a wonderful experience at the disco roller skate party! From the very beginning, we felt warmly welcomed, and I really appreciated that the party started on time with no delays. All the staff were incredibly kind and professional—from the reception team to the DJ.
The party room was perfectly arranged with juice for the kids, which was such a thoughtful touch. All the parents were impressed and kept asking me where I found out about this party—I’m sure you’ll be getting more bookings soon!
Most importantly, the kids had an amazing time skating, dancing, and enjoying every moment. Everything was well organised and stress-free for us as parents. I honestly can’t think of anything to improve—it was all fantastic. Highly recommended!

Just joined Faringdon the staff friendly helpful and always there if you need them. My first gym session on own i got a bit confused but one of the staff was there to help. Did my first aqua aerobic which was fun even though I couldn’t do everything. The instructor was very helpful and encouraging. I have found Faringdon very welcoming and looking forward to the months to come. Thank you to all the staff for making me part of your special centre.

I had to wait more than 4 montha after…
I had to wait more than 4 montha after my GP referral to be offered a gym induction,due to an error of some sort.
When that happened the information and guidance was clear and friendly and staff on reception friendlt and gelpful

Entry to facilities
The entry system is unnecessarily complicated. The QR code scanning system is difficult and cumbersome to use and frequently does not work. Frequently it is necessary to go looking for a staff member to be let in. If there is a requirement to leave the exercise room for any reason the entry is programmed not to accept a re entry request. I have frequently observed people struggle and resorting to the search for a staff member. I have to add that when they are present staff are always obliging, polite and helpful. Although you require a date to be entered this problem is ongoing every day.

My 8 years old had her roller skating birthday at Faringdon leisure centre.
She, her friends as well as her parents had an amazing time with the music and lights. The children who didn’t have rollers skates could borrow some.
After the hour we had access to an other room where were the children would be able to eat. Thanks to the welcoming staff accessibility the children very comfortable.
I would recommend this place.

I attend Aqua twice a week and love attending it. The teacher is fantastic and makes everyone feel welcome,

Absolutely do not recommend

Every lesson my son had was with a different coach who had no clue of what level he was on and what he was supposed to be working on;
Out of a 30m lesson, nearly 10m were wasted due to delay letting children in the water and then coaches tried to figure out where each student belonged, after realising classes were over overbooked my child was moved to a class where he wasn’t able to do much as it was too advanced for him to keep up, so he swallowed a lot of water, chocked and did a lot of walking instead of swimming.
