Amazing gym and amazing community! All the instructors bring a great energy to the gym and make you feel welcomed to the gym.
Sounds cliche but it feels more like a family to me than a gym.

Couldn’t ask for a better gym - facilities are top of the range; equipment is superb, classes suit all abilities (the coaches will push you to do what’s best for you and help) and the staff couldn’t do more for you!!

Great facilities, classes and staff
Have been a member here for years and it just keeps getting better! Classes are top rate and the staff are fantastic. Real community atmosphere and everyone very friendly. The recent refurbishment has really improved the facilities but the staff have always made the place great. Really good value for money compared to other gyms too.

As a new member I must compliment the staff - Joe who assisted me with sign up was extremely professional. The layout and new technogym equipment has been great to work out with. I found the complimentary tea and coffee area a refreshing and pleasant surprise - really helps set your day up or frankly helps you say good bye to one of those days. Over all the Connswater team are well presented, professional, very present in and around the areas, a very good attention to detail with the equipment cleaning and facility. I’ve only been going for 2 weeks since changing gyms but I feel comfortable with this choice and enjoying the experience.

I had to go for another gym!!
I have chosen better gym in connswater mall specifically
There was no note when i paid that the gym is currently closed and under rennovation, while i struggled to go to other sites
It ended up with me going for a different gym

Great junior gym, price and facilities
14 year old so. joined junior membership on his own. Allan showed him around and all the machines. He has been going for an hour a day since he joined and trying lots of new machines and exercises.

Equipment very dated, benches material completely worn away. Some machines easily over 20 years old. Gym needs full equipment overhaul to be brought in line with other gyms. Given the monthly fee it doesn’t live up to the substandard equipment
