New member registration process is quite complex and time consuming. I had to register for myself and 3 children and i spent good 3 hours to register and opt for swimming lessons etc. there is literally not much support available at the better health care centre as the staff remain quite busy.
I dont know why there is a one time setup fee when there is not much help to new members during account setup.
