I was very disappointed about the sauna…

I was very disappointed about the sauna as it is mix , should be separate women from men.

I'm disappointed

We were stocked up in the traffic, a journey of 20 minutes, and ended up 2 hours. I was surprised to hear that if we missed a swimming training,we can't pick another day in that same week and what if your client is sick?
Money keep reading!

We regret to learn that your child missed their scheduled swimming session due to transportation issues. Please note that in the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing attendance, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement lesson. However, if your child is unable to attend due to illness, we would be pleased to suspend the membership payments upon the submission of relevant proof.

The woman at reception desk was not…

The woman at reception desk was not that friendly & helpful despite the fact it was my first time to bring my son for his first swimming lesson. However the swimming instructors were very friendly & helpful. Time of visit was between 4pm & 5:30pm
