My first experience at the Templemore baths , was excellent. Friendly recepcionist, Remmy the manager super friendly and guiding us. The place is clean and well taken care. Pool is amazing.

School Swimming Lessons experience
Hi. I'm a teacher at a local school in East Belfast. We've used Templemore Swimming Baths for school swimming lessons over recent weeks. I can whole heartedly recommend it. From the initial booking stage to the onsite support from all staff at the Centre, we have been looked after well beyond my expectations. The staff are simply excellent. Our pulils have loved the experience!!

spa rooms need deep cleaning once in while as plenty of slime and gork in the steam room tiles or under the sauna chairs a little bleach can help once in a while .

everything is too complicated
everything is too complicated , I just want to arrive , swim and go home. couldn't be bothered with apps and bookings . . . what's the point of going through the hassle of booking a lane and then getting there only to find that you can't use the pool because its too full

The times that the sauna and steamroom…
The times that the sauna and steamroom are open is frustrating. And having to book a slot isn't ideal. The steamroom isn't working or wasn't the other day when I was there. And there is no streamroom or sauna in the Lisnasharragh facility which is disappointing

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the opening times of the healthsuite at Templemore.
Due to cleaning and time needed for the sauna and steam to heat up, there can be reduced hours in comparison to other activities in the centre.
We encourage all customers to book slots, as there is only so much space in the healthsuite and we want to ensure all customers who wish to attend have the opportunity to use the facilities.

Extremely ignorant Receptionist , Julie ... Templemore Baths
She lied to my face , was unhelpful and ignorant towards me and my disabled friend - I had to ask for a Manager ... the manager Andy came - she wasted close to 30min - When went to Sauna / Spa it was empty ... I was the only person the Sauna ... this person lied to my face - discouraged me from using the facility -I feel deeply offended - I feel discriminative treatment towards me and my disabled friend was wholly unacceptable. - I want this matter dealt with.
