Staff (guy with curly hair (Afro) was very helpful, pleasant and kind while maintaining a professional attitude.
I felt I made the right decision to choose your facility.

Great experience with the Mindfulness class that I attended for the first time. I was at the Feel Good Centre in Walthamstow.
I had a wonderful experience. I felt refreshed, as if I had just come back from a Holiday.
Will definitely be going again. The class was the opportunity to relax and be mindful of our thoughts.
I liked the presentation, a mixture of the instructor, an audio and occasionally an instrument that was played occasionally. We were able to relax using our imagination or additional items such as a cushion that is used specifically for yoga and Pilates.

I scanned the gate with my phone and went to the reception to get the spa supplies. I showed him my spa card(most of the time just i need to show my spa card ). He said show me your reservation, where is your reservation. He was very aggressive. I was very upset.

There was a cover swim teacher, Bryce, who was outstanding on helping my SEND daughter to begin to settle on the water and it has been a huge difference so far and a good memory for her, to what usually is a struggle. I can't thank him enough. I hope I can see him again on the swimming lessons. Also, on the same day, having a medal and certificate and given to the kids boasted a lot their motivation, alongside a podium to take pictures of the moment. I think it is a brilliant idea that I haven't seen anywhere else.

The staff at Feel good centre in walthamstow are extremely rude and have no compassion for people with disability I have seen them be disrespectful to a number of customers and when I have complained nothing has been done! The whole team needs to be investigated.

Some elements are great - good pricing, good range of activities available, very inclusive.
But there is a distinct lack of customer service. Everything is only through the app, no person to call for proper support or answer questions. Not enough staff onsite, no one seems to want to help, I don't think i've ever seen a manager onsite or anyone available to deal with any issues.
Some of the class instructors are not great - they turn up late regularly. Although there are also some great instructors - again there is no one available to share this feedback with.
At the Waltham Forest Feelgood centre there is a cafe but it only sells unhealthy food - which seems at odds with all the great work towards getting the community exercising. Often dirty / messy in the cafe area.
The spa is excellent and well worth a visit.

Overall good facilities with good variety and modern spaces. Staff are helpful on site but horribly unavailable and unclear in email conversations.

I appreciate all the help and advice I have received during my healthwise Wednesday classes with Aga. I’ve been inspired to be more consistent and change my routine and healthy eating.

The website is good. The facilities I use are just OK. The staff are helpful and averagely enthusiastic about being there.
I gave it 2 out of 5 because the facilities provide me with what I need - a gym, a pool, a sauna - but the experience at my centre is sometimes severely lacking in some quite basic ways, and for the price of nearly £100 a month its a bit frustrating to be a member.
For example, imagine going into a sauna and there is wet & sodden mcdonalds food packaging left in there, or someone leaves a half eaten orange in the steam room, or someone is carrying around a glass to drink from, or the sauna is 60-65 degrees even though its been on for hours, or there are no signs asking people to respect other users by being quiet. The Spa experience at Walthamstow is far from great, its dirty in there more than it is clean in there, it can be loud, it doesn't always function entirely as it is supposed to and worse of all the lifeguards seemingly take responsibility to monitor the sauna area. They don't seem to care - they are busy monitoring the pool. I'm yet to see a cleaner or member of staff in there there during hours of operation unless its for them to fill up there water bottles.
It would be 4 or 5 starts if they had someone manage what happens in the sauna areas by monitoring and upholding simple etiquette and cleanliness which you'd expect from a c.£100 per month service.
And I've only been a member for two weeks.

I was interested to read Kasia's response to my earlier review regarding the terrible new music. Apparently it is an app called powermusic. There are some interesting reviews on this site for power music. None positive. Can you give us some facts regarding the increase in the old music licence. How much was it? Rumour says 1 million pounds. How much does that equate per sports centre and per a member? Was there any consideration given to asking members if they would be prepared to pay more to cover the rise? The new music is not pleasant at all. Let us have real music back.
I currently pay for a monthly membership with Better and overall I’ve had a good experience. The facilities are clean, the gym equipment is in good condition, and there’s a good variety of machines and weights. Staff are friendly and helpful when needed.

Health suite not cleaned properly, steam room floor and seating side are always filthy.
Parking provider continues to issue incorrect fines giving me admin stress, not healthy life style I pay membership for.
Obviously no one ever answers the phones at reception at feel good centre. Just remove number from online.
