I have Purchased 3 beds from Bensons beds branch467 Kirkcaldy the service was brilliant, Carolyn was very knowledgeable and patient. They kept me up to date with text message re delivery and rang me to say whet time they were being delivered. When they arrived they were very helpful. I would recommend this company to any one.

I have bought 3 mattresses and posture pillows from the Workington branch. Excellent customer service shown. I find the staff friendly ,knowledgable and efficient and the store clean ,organised and calm. No need to go anywhere else.

Friendly and knowledgeable service from Manoj at the Watford branch of Benson’s. We ended up with a lovely new bed and mattress that was within our price range and there was no pressure into buying something we didn’t want/afford.

Very helpful saleswoman, Irena, at Bensons Christchurch. Plenty of choice so we were able to find what we wanted.

Went to purchase a sofa bed and Emily came to help.... Wow... So bubbly and friendly... Showed us 2 different ones and chose one that was perfect... Went to pay and Emily was constantly giving us 100% attention and chatting to my daughter.... We then ended up buying her a new mattress... Usually can't wait to get out of these stores but ended up browsing at different items and I am certain we will be back to this store at Wednesbury and will ask for Emily... To top it off we found it was only her 2nd day!!!!! Amazing customer service skills

I have to say congratulations to Val at the King's Lynn branch of Bensons for Beds, such a pleasure to deal with someone who was so well equipped with the knowledge to help us find the right bed, she listened to what we needed & definitely delivered. We left the branch after purchasing the bed feeling like we'd had the best possible customer journey she could offer (even though we had 2 kids with us who aren't always the best behaved!). We've had our bed for approx. 4 weeks now & are finally getting some much needed rest. If you need a new bed I highly recommend paying Val a visit. Thank you so much for all your advice, help & patience.

Hi all,
I went into Bensons for Beds in Enfield on Wednesday.

I was greeted by a sales advisor named Clinton.
He was polite, informative and was so helpful in finding me the right mattress as I suffer from back pain.
He spent so much time and care in what was suitable for me and my needs and we managed to get down to two which were my favourites.
I have been to two other showrooms, one being Dreams (they were okay) and the Bensons for Beds in Beckton (I walked in, looked around for about 15 mins and no-one even approached me there, so I walked out).

I felt I had to write this review as I have never had a sales advisor so helpful, attentive and who also has the knowledge about the products.

Thank you so much for all your time and help Clinton, you deserve a promotion as you went above and beyond to look after me.

We went into Bensons, looking for a mattress and bed base we were greeted by a lovely polite man called David (huddersfield store) and we told him what we were looking for and invited us to do the mattress test, which we did and found the mattress number best for us, we found the mattress we wanted and bed base with lots of help and advice from David. We left to think about it and my husband returned a few days later to purchase the items with cash and he had a disagreement with the manager (Tony) regarding a free pillow that we had been offered on our first visit but management had withdrawn the offer from our first visit to returning again so my husband said I could go somewhere else if I wanted to which Tony replied you do that and walked away! My husband walked out of Bensons swearing never to return after the rudeness of Tony, but I spoke to my husband after going to other bed stores and we returned to bensons in Huddersfield because David was so great and we purchased the items with the assistance of David so now looking forward to the delivery of our new bed and mattress, I would recommend Benson’s in Huddersfield and especially David but I seriously the manager needs to learn the art of customer service has he potentially lost the store a £1500 sale but thanks to a great member of staff we returned.

Competitive prices. Good value for money and no pushy salespeople ! I also got free delivery

Jon at Bensons in Foster Square Retail Park, Bradford was a true professional ...rare to see these days as he sold the benefits of different beds to me and another lady customer simultaneously. He was 'juggling' between us and guaranteed two sales effortlessly. I can't wait for the new bed to be delivered. Thank you for solving my buying dilemma. Vikki

Visited Crewe store (CW1 3RT) on a whim, (were not intending to buy then) but Lorraine & Oliver where perfect, knowledgeable without being in any way, pushy, good advice, no pressure as we decided between 2 beds. We purchased one & Lorraine handled the arrangements smoothly & helped us with delivery & collection of the old bed - very satisfied & would recommend to our friends!!

We had the best experience ever at Bensons For Beds, Bury St Edmunds. Josh knew his product very well, answered all our questions without hesitation or pressure and was polite and professional throughout.
The result is that we have exactly what we wanted. We have used Bensons before very happily and would do so again.

Matthew was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, answered all my questions and understood my requirements precisely. The transaction was straightforward and the Order completed accurately. The bed we chose was absolutely the right one for us and with a delivery promised in just over two weeks we were delighted.

Was only thinking about a new bed but after visiting Benson Beds in Truro and practically falling asleep on my new bed I had to buy it. The soft memory foam layer over beautifully supportive sprung base is a delight.
Ryan was a great help and great customer service too.Counting the nights til it arrives!

Just went to Benson for beds a lovely Woman called Joan at skippers lane asked if I need any help and she took me round all the beds she was very nice and helpful so I ended up getting a I.gel mattress it feels awesome can't wait to try it out . Thank-you Benson for beds.

Went to Benson's Beds in Northwich, to browse mattress's for prices etc., there we met Francesca, who I can only say was very helpful, in explaining the different types and ratings of mattress's and comfort ratings, without being pushy or trying for a sale.
The end result was that we were so impressed, we bought 2 mattresses ,1 kink size and 1 double and we were very pleased at the prices.
Now just waiting for delivery
