Excellent selection, excellent service, and fast shipping. What more could you ask for!! I've used them for years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

The service is excellent! And lovely response team! Any issues I have had? Were USPS not Better Chemist. They always respond quickly and courteously to any inquiry. So fortunate to have found a caring, responsible, decent , inexpensive provider ...my daughter has severe eczema, I have migraines... we also enjoy their deodorant , perfume and self care products... just a wonderful company

The customer service at better chemist is wonderful. I had a problem with a product that appeared to be lost in the mail. They placed my order again with no issues. Communication with them was extremely easy. I’m totally satisfied with their service and professionalism.

I previously wrote a very negative review of this company, back in September. They have since totally stepped up and really provided some excellent customer service. I have a totally different perspective of this company. They have gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and I would totally recommend this company. They also have very reasonable prices for their products. Thank you Better Chemist!!

Felt very uncertain about this company because of previous reviews but they delivered my goods within a reasonable period of time and would use them again.

I have placed three orders with Better Chemist in the past few months. I have not encountered any issues to date. In fact. they have excellent customer service. I was having trouble using my credit card online and when I phoned, Lydia was great in helping me resolve my technical difficulties. Based on my experience with this company. I would whole heartily recommend their services to my friends and I will continue to order from them!

I made an order on the 24th of August and have received nothing. It has been over 2 weeks and BetterChemist have done nothing at all to resolve it, I have sent several emails and received a single reply saying that they will contact the owner for a resolution. That was nearly a week ago. What sort of customer service needs to contact the owner? It sounds very fishy to me. I am out of pocket and very disappointed. I will be contacting the fraud watchdog with the details of this scam site. I suggest others to avoid like the plague.

Just an update. After many emails order arrived with some extra included. Many thanks for that. So best price on internet, but hard work. Better Chemist you could make this better.

Poor communication and inadequate packaging.

I ordered from them many times last 2 years, and received the order in time, in about 7-10 days from ordering, but last time I had a very bad experience: I ordered on 20th February and 1 week later they contacted me by e-mail to tell me that 1 product price was wrong on their site and is 50% higher and proposed me a little discount on the new price on the site (3.31 pounds per item instead of 3.89 per item for my 20 items of the same type ordered); after I answered them it took 1 month to send me (they said in 1 e-mail they sent it to me that they had some issues with the supplier) only a part of my order (in this time I tried many times to receive an answer by e-mail, on why the order is not shipped, also i opened a dispute on PayPal, because I paid with them). There are almost 2 months from my date of order and today I just received a notification e-mail that the 2nd part of my order is finally shipped.

About packaging: all the times last year I received my medications packaged in an envelope which was almost damaged when I received, but lucky that the product it was sealed by the manufacturer in resistant plastic tubes.

I don't know after this bad experience if I will continue to order from them.

I placed an order on March 24th and received it on April 3rd. Since I live in the States, this is an acceptable delivery period, in my opinion. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the tracking number provided showed where my delivery had been up to the point of Heathrow on March 29th, then there was no more information until it was suddenly delivered at my home. Luckily someone was there to sign for it, otherwise I would have had to make a special trip to the post office to retrieve it. Overall, it was a good experience. I received exactly what I'd ordered in a timely fashion. I will definitely order again!

I placed an order on Dec. 20, still have not received (today is Feb. 1). Tried numerous times to contact Better Chemist. When they finally replied, they refused to re-ship my order with tracking. They did offer a refund, but I haven't seen that yet. This is an irresponsible company with poor customer service and little care for people who are waiting on medication. I will not be shopping with them again.

I placed an order three weeks ago. It still says processing on the website, i have emailed the website 4 times and not received a response. Dont waste your money.

just wanted to update since my last review i did get package and it was on time, but the only reason they did not get 5 stars is because they never ever respond to email at all.

As with some of the recent comments here, I have had an order paid for and sitting as 'pending' since April 10. They will not respond to messages and I've had to open a dispute with PayPal.

Although my order couldn't be fully fulfilled I got a full refund and the customer service was excellent

I've been using Better Chemist every week to order a specific product. I have an order that has been pending since March 31st, 2016. I've sent numerous messages asking for either a tracking number or a refund. I have not been given a response. I suppose I'll continue to use them until I can find another company.

Very good pharmacy

I used this site for the first time, I am disabled and cannot get to my pharmacy. As soon as I called them on a Sunday they answered the phone, the only pharmacy to do so. The pharmacist provided me with immediate advice. This is amazing, as noone else was so available on this day. I placed a telephone order with arrived in time to my house. They even made a special note for the postman to leave the parcel in my porch.
What a wonderful service, old fashioned care.

My neighbour ordered a 500 pack of Piriton following our recommendation. They are always the best price and usually arrive very promptly. Unfortunately for some reason Royal Mail delayed the delivery of the package but superb service and fast response during the query stage. It was her first internet purchase so disappointing that the Royal Mail delayed it but good for her to learn that internet shopping can be safe when using the right company.

I recently purchased some nicotine products in order to quit smoking after seeing how much cheaper they were on Better Chemist than at the store. Additionally, the selection offered here is pretty much infinite, with every brand and product you can think of (including some you can't find at your local pharmacy) available. The purchase is done on a secure service (I am sometimes reluctant to buy things online for fear of credit card theft) and the shipping is pretty much instant. I was able to receive all of the things I ordered promptly and am very happy with my products. I would definitely use this online pharmacy again.
