VERY disappointing experience.
We ordered supplements for our then sick uncle, and the order never arrived. No clear communication, no support, no refund, NOTHING. Completely unacceptable service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I find it disgusting that they play with health like this! I placed a very needed order but they never delivered the supplements! They cancelled the order and I never got a refund! They are not trustworthy!

I ordered supplements for €300, waited a long time, received nothing, and have not yet received a refund.

In trust we bought some vitamines for our sick father. And nothing received yet. We are waiting for many months. Dont buy anything overhere!

Bad experience. Don’t deliver products and don’t respond on email.

I placed an order worth €300 with Better Health International that was never delivered. The order was eventually cancelled by them, but I have still not received my refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, the company does not respond at all. Very disappointing service, and I advise everyone to be cautious!

They don’t deserve one star! Have been waiting for over a year now for my refund. Still no respond nor excuses! I ordered the supplements for a very sick family member and still no refund nor excuses. Shame on you!!!!

False invoice for customs received. When in Sweden we understood that this invoice was false and we requested the money back. We received several threats to pay for this extra invoice from Better Health and we were forced to pay the additional invoice regarding "customs" to get our package.

We always for US orders only pay for customs to Postnord in Sweden. We have had many similar orders in the US during many years and never before paid extra for customs to UPS.

We shall never pay twice for customs to Sweden.

We have asked Better Health for a verification of the payment for customs to the Swedish state. The payment has been stayed within Better Health. No answer.

We wait for a serious reply from Better Health,
So far the replies have been very ignorant and wrong. We consider Nathalie not enough competent.
Now we do not receive any reply from Better Health. No verification regarding payment to the Swedish state.
We have contacted US border control after advice from the Federal Department FDACS and expect action from them.

Better Health has been silent
We ask Trustpilot to contact Better Health about this simple thing of double payment of customs to Sweden

We have also get a contact with the US government. They have obviously approved that we have to pay double import fees without giving us a proof of the extra import fees to Better Health. Terrible.

Regarding health we also have the patient law (patient lagen) which says that the medical treatment must be set in the first place before anything else like the company short term greed.

It is soon time to repeat the order. We will now of course use another reliable company.

Any other advice?
Avoid Better Health completely. We will. A most terrible company.
