Great company have used them about 10 times always a great service.

Excellent company to deal with. I have used them for over 15 years and in that time, as a landlord, must have purchased at least 20 kitchens from them.The product is of the highest quality and if any problems do arise they are more than willing to help out and get the problem solved. Very competitively priced and will continue to use them in the future.

Bought new kitchen summer 2018, from double checking the order to explaining all about delivery, giving an accurate timeline, to the order arriving on our doorstep we had excellent service. The units were easy to install, and look great. Would definitely recommend Betterkitchens.co.uk

Great service, very prompt

The product is great quality - we opted for the ready-built option and were not disappointed. We had an issue with a missing cabinet, which took a few phone calls to sort out, but everything was delivered in the end.
The guys on the other end of the phone were really helpful with any queries we had on behalf of our client.
If it hadn't been for the issue regarding the cabinet (delaying completion) the rating would be 5 stars!

I am a installer and have fitted a lot of these kitchens, they are definitely the best on the market. I recommend these kitchens to my customers, once they see the product, the quality and finish. They always buy the kitchen, as it is a far superior product above other suppliers.

I was excited to buy a Kitchen from Better Kitchens as my brother in law buys kitchens from them for property redevelopment. However after making the purchase of the kitchen communication was poor. When the kitchen was installed the latest plan they had sent me did not match the units numbering order. This lead to my kitchen fitters installing the kitchen wrong in areas. Better Kitchens did not then help me to resolve the issue instead we're keen to absolve themselves. I then had to chase them a number of times to fine out where the missing ( delayed) front were. 3 months later I am still waiting for glass shelves. The laminate units also scratch easily. To be fair to Better Kitchens they have asked for more details as I imagine they now a more senior staff member involved he is willing to help, but it's all a little too late.

Great quality kitchen at a superb price.
And the service was second to none - I needed an extra item and it was ready well before the advised waiting time

Superb Service from start to finish, we love our new kitchen and the service received from Better Kitchens made the whole design, order, delivery and minimal errors a very smooth process.

We started our discussion with Matt in the office and talked through design ideas, placed the order and was delivered on time as advised, the contact was great! We did have a couple of issues (missing plinths and needed to order some replacement doors) this was all handled by Mark in after sales, again contact was excellent always calling when he said he would, and helping to get the issues resolved.

I have already recommended Better Kitchens to friends and clients of mine and will continue to so...

Excellent quality units at a competitive price with great service!

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the units we had ordered, as were the joiners who fitted them. As we were unable to buy the ready made carcases we were abit worried on how things would work out, but they went together fine. We had a couple of issues with doors but we're resolved pretty swiftly. The order was made as the quotes given by other companies were alot more expensive and the l would of had to of compromised on the type of units. I would not hesitate buying again from better kitchens or recommending them to others.

Company used by a friend, so thought I'd give them a go. Compared their price to others & were better value. Ordered, delivered on-time & really happy with the units. Very simple & easy to buy a kitchen 👍

Very pleased with kitchen. Everyone we spoke to extremely helpful. Great price for a fantastic product! Did alot of research and got prices from wickes and howdens but better kitchens beat them on price and quality. Amazing range of products so we could get a lovely new kitchen. Great kitchen.. looks really expensive

Buying a new kitchen is a daunting experience but buying from Better Kitchens couldn't have been easier. After visiting a number of other well known kitchen suppliers we couldn't find what suited our very small kitchen. Searching online we found Better Kitchens and were surprised by the range of cupboard options and accessories available. We decided to visit the shop and the service we received was excellent. The quality and choice of styles is excellent and we ordered the complete kitchen there and then. Delivery arrived with no issues, post sale customer service has also been excellent. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very pleased with everything, only down point in my opinion is that the doors are so robust they get quite heavy for the larger cabinets
I.e. My Tall storage unit door (1250 x 600) seems to be an excessive weight for the 2 hinge fix designed for it, otherwise it would have been 5 stars!
