Zero if I could, I have verified with them in past. Then now after that won and played through rollover on a chip I got for free. Now I have deposited much money in this account through a card yes but they never asked about that prior when I just had to verify to get my money back out but now all of a sudden they wanted the cards I used which one of them was compromised I didn't have no more. They needed those cards to be sure that you know to cash out. I stated but I've already verified they did not care I needed both cards not just the most recent one even though I did not use it to win this money. This was provided on a free chip mind you. I had such a hassle with it I will never use them again ever. They can keep it there's a peasley little 80 dep bucks anyways. It's just sad that every other place I've used can you instant turn around except for junk casinos like this. Then since I didn't have the cards they wanted me to send in my bank statements I don't think so. They wanted the account numbers no again no. Ignition and bovada are so much better.

I find that Betus has tilted the game 100% in their favor. Their limits on certain bets are a joke, the rollover multiples is absurd, and getting your money away from them is quite a task. I would very strongly doubt if any serious bettors would use Betus. Those that a enamored with Betus are delusional.

There rude and don’t care about there customers

Cashing out is extremely difficult compared to other betting sites.
Bonus have roll overs that are are rigged so they never have to pay out.
Why not have an essy system like PayPal so customers so players can collect instantly instead of making them but Bitcoin that they have to sell just to get their money..

I've been betting almost daily on this site exclusively for over two years so I really have no other apps to compare this to. That being said, their customer service is awesome! I highly suggest that prior to signing up you call and ask for a account manager to go over the rules regarding the rollovers. Most complaints that I see on here are related to people being confused about their rollovers. Unless you meet the amount required in the rollover you can't receive a payout, so know what that number is before accepting one of their deals.

Other than that I've heard complaints about how when you call they ask for your password over the phone. There are two ways around this. First request a pin when calling customer service. I'm not certain that this prevents the customer service representative from seeing your password, but it seems more secure. Second, add two step authentication. Perferably to your email if possible in case you loose your phone. I lost me phone that was linked to the 2-step authentication and it was kind of a hasstle to have them remove it.

I'd definitely recommend them to friends and family. I'd also advise that you don't accept any of their deals until you fully understand how the free play money can be used and how the rollover works. Some bets don't apply towards rollover like live betting and futures (e.g. betting on a team to win the superbowl).

I've only used the app for betting on sports. I have never used their casino, therefore I have no opinion on that.

Do not use BetUS. It’s a scam. They offer you promotion bonus such as matching deposits. If you accept a promotion you will not be able to pull out your money unless you bet thousands. Trust me. I can not withdraw my hundreds of dollars that I’ve won on bet us. Customer services get stands behind it too. You will not be able to withdraw anything! Trust me bet somewhere else.

I am leaving this position due to a lack of knowledge, accountability, and informed support. Leonard, a senior manager, made multiple promises that were not fulfilled, including commitments related to bonuses and other incentives. These offers were made without adequate research, authorization, or follow-through prior to being presented to me.

Because these commitments were not honored and trust has been compromised, I have decided to move on. I will continue my career as a platinum-level contributor with an organization that aligns its promises with execution and professionalism.

Betus is a scam . They flagged my account as up on the house some when I play and a good pattern followed that pays well it will freeze ,continue to roll or say loading error. Even when I play and get free spin with a simple that pays time 25 it will take my money during the free spin I hit more free spin and another symbol that pays x amount it never go into free spin just continue to take my available bal. Even after screenshot and filing a complaint they come back with the decision no error was found with the game although all free spins and multiple remained on the screen frozen to this date. Several chats with there agent has told me I'll have to speak with a manager about removing it from my account but there not allowed to day what it is just that I am flagged as up on the house . I can prove receipts.
