I have asked for my £10 deposit back and not even had a courtesy email back ! No issues and had some great wins, many of the reviews seem to be people who haven't read the rules correctly, once I verified my identity I was able to withdraw without any issue. The only thing I don't like is a withdrawal takes about 3 days to get my account as it has to be done manually, on other sites I have used a withdrawal hits my account pretty much instantly. AVOID AT ANY COST!!! I really don’t know from where to start and where to finish but I will talk about my personal experience with the SCAMMERS. Deposited start playing and won a massive bonus of 8,000€. The maximum withdrawal limit was 5,000€. The main concern was that I spent all the money at the same day playing on different slots but there was no chance to win. Couple of bonuses came up but nothing special just minimum value and what they did they offered me a vip membership 👏🏻 Another huge error is that doesn’t matter which game you are on it will kick you out or come up with a black screen while playing and you will need to refresh 10 times to get back in and it seems like on purpose because you can see from far away that they are playing and controlling your game at the same time by different wired moves on the slots. 2 out of 5 deposits got lost in the middle of nowhere, my bank confirmed that they received the money but the money never credited to my gaming account. I contacted customer support they told me they will return the deposit in 5 working days. The payments never hit my bank account I was keep contacting them for an update after the period of time they asked me to wait and they were keep replying with automatic answers and asked me to be patient.
