I’ve been shopping with BFYNE since 2022 and I honestly don’t shop anywhere else for vacation looks anymore. I’ve placed well over 20 orders and every collection gets better. The quality is consistently superior, the designs are unlike anything else, and every piece makes me feel confident. Their customer service has always been kind and responsive whenever I’ve had questions. Truly one of my favorite brands.

Great quality! Suprep customer service. Pricy but worth it. I tried other swimsuits, and they failed every time. I always come back to you because of the style, support, and material. I've been buying from you since 2021.

This Black owned business is a joke. on June 11, totaling $428.98, including $45 for express shipping. The Nyx Swim Black swimsuit, priced at $239.99, was not included, and I received no proactive notice explaining that the item was delayed or unavailable.

By June 15, the company still could not provide a confirmed shipping date. I was later told the swimsuit would be shipped overnight on June 16, but that did not happen. Because I had paid for an item I had not received and was unable to obtain reliable fulfillment information, I opened a dispute for the missing swimsuit only.

After the dispute was filed, BFYNE informed me that it would not process or ship the item while the chargeback remained active. It also stated that it considered the matter closed and would no longer respond, leaving me without the swimsuit and dependent on my payment provider to recover the money.

My primary concerns are the lack of proactive communication, the failure to fulfill an express order, the inconsistent shipping information, and the refusal to provide further assistance after the dispute was opened. Customers should be clearly informed before purchasing when an item may be subject to significant fulfillment delays. An unfulfilled order should also be promptly refunded rather than requiring the customer to pursue a chargeback.

As of June 27, I had still not received the swimsuit. Based on my experience, I would not order from this company again.

I placed an order for two skirt sets. When my package arrived, one set was correct, but the other was wrong—I was supposed to receive a skirt and top, but instead I was sent two tops.

I contacted customer service to report the error, and they instructed me to return the incorrect items. I followed their directions and sent everything back. Unfortunately, the tops also had a strong, unpleasant odor, which made the experience even more disappointing.

Because of their no-refund policy, I agreed to accept store credit. However, when I tried to use my store credit on multiple occasions, it was declined each time. I reached out to customer service several times to resolve the issue, but I have only received automated responses and no actual assistance.

At this point, my $143 store credit has essentially disappeared, and I have been completely ignored. This level of customer service is unacceptable. It’s not just about the amount—it’s about the principle and how customers are treated.

I will not be ordering from this company again and would not recommend them to others.

The swimsuit fit perfectly. Great quality . I’m very pleased with my purchase.

I am disappointed by the lack of flexibility that this business has with the strict no refund policy. I mistakenly ordered a duplicate item (in excess of $200) while purchasing a whole swimsuit (2 pieces). My intent wat to keep the whole suit and return the duplicate item as this was simply an honest mistake made while preparing for an upcoming trip.

However, this retailer has a trict no-refund policy for goods ordered online. This is not particularly practical or reflective of good business practice for an e-commerce model, where customers do not have the ability to review items in person prior to purchase.

I was only offered " a store credit" which is totally not useful to me, as I had already purchased everything I needed. While I respect that policies exist, this experience will factor into my future purchasing decisions and recommendations. I won't ever be buying from this place again.

Discrepancy between customer service and information regarding type of shipping and delivery. Order placed on December 28th 2025, opted ship by for $18.30. I was given estimate d delivery date of December 31st 2025. Today January 3rd 2026 no goods or information on delivery of order. Leaving for vacation in 2 days

Although I like their designs and for the most part have found outfits that were very flattering. There have been instances where I could not return the product because of the short return window and the short exchange timeframe. Additionally, I received an item from them that showed signs of damage and due to unforseen circumstances, I was unable to return the item in that allowed time frame. So I am stuck with an outfit that is absolutely hideous and unnecessarily pricey. Personally, their outfits are not worth the price. Because of the quality of the material that is used and the stitching, you can find better quality elsewhere for the same price.

Fast shipping and great quality

I ordered a Dress that appeared to be black & cream in the pictures. So to my surprise the dress was brown & cream, i contacted customer service to initiate a return and their response was not what i expected. They basically said i should have read the description because it clearly said what color it was. WRONG Answer!!! I paid over $350 and that’s NOT the customer service i expected, i will never shop her again

I was pleased with most items in my shipment. However, one of the items (corset) did not fit, despite using the sizing chart & having actually measured my bust. No worries because I never know what my girls will do from outfit to outfit. One of the corset type tops that I purchased fit perfectly. However, I made my purchase with the confidence that based on their website, "we gladly accept exchanges" "an exchange request must be made via email within 3 days". I figured that I should have no problem exchanging any items if I need to. I received my item via UPS 10/30. I emailed an exchange request on Sunday 11/2. I assumed they mean 3 actual days and not business days, but either way, my request fell within the grace. I called customer service Monday 11/3, Tues 11/4, Wed 11/5, and again on Friday 11/7. I also sent follow up emails to my first email. No one returned my calls or answered my emails. The only reason that I need further guidance is because conveniently enough, "the address listed on the website is not the address for returns, and the customer will be charged to have packages redirected back to them". Of course as I'm sure would expect the return address is nowhere to be found on the website. I have had my item packaged and ready to return since Monday 11/3. Although pleased with all of the other items that I received, customer service surrounding my exchange has been subpar. So I will caution you ladies, be mindful of this fact when ordering. Remind yourself that there are plenty of places to order quality clothing, with matched customer service.

Fast delivery, quality material, looks just like the models wearing the clothes, fits perfectly to your size. Impressed and a fan now. They take your fyne and enhance it 💃🏽💯🫶🏽

If I could give ZERO STARS I would!!! They sent me an incomplete set and made no effort to make me whole. Customer service was unhelpful and took no accountability. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card and I won the dispute. I will not be shopping here again.

Overall good experience , responsive team but quality of the product in this case the oversized earrings is terrible. For the price being charged, I expected better quality. The studs of the earrings are those plastic stoppers on earrings that are meant to be discarded . They look beautiful online but just not as described which was so disappointing. So beware before you buy because you can't return due to hygiene reasons

The sale what they had was amazing the quality of there clothes you can't beat they are so beautiful the colors are vibrant

I have no words but to say this company exceeded my expectations.from their level of customer service to the dress I got from them amazing and I am a customer for life now.

Clothes are made with high quality. I had to exchange for a bigger size, but the correspondence was proactive, easy and simple. I've already received my new size (fast) and I would definitely be shopping with you all near future.

Sold a cheap piece of plastic for $100
And when I complained they were rude and took 2 weeks to fix the issue
Would not recommend
