Would you really want to part with your hard earned cash and give it to these guys? When they cant even treat their staff with the dignity and respect they deserve? There's a old, blonde lady (most likely fake, along with her personality) at the Mansfield office that was always shooting daggers at the poor receptionist, overworking the other lady that sometimes sits down there and not a single word of thanks either way, and they wonder why their staff turnover is high? Do you really want to associate with these people, that get rid of their staff less than a month before xmas, leaving them to struggle? Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere!

BB Derby office - absolutely atrocious!
Failed and purposely continually failed to include the oppositions 200 pieces of evidence within the bundle for a family matter final hearing.
They decided to attempt to take advantage of a litigant in person opposition. However, they didn’t pay any attention to the fact that the LIP was a student barrister and so knew under family procedure rules that it must be included by them since they were responsible for putting the bundle together for the court as court ordered. Being mindful of this common tactic, luckily I had a full lever arch file of this as paper evidence already given to the court as a precaution before the hearing just in case. Thank goodness I dropped this off with security at the court, as arranged with admin, or the Judge would not have ever had sight of it, potentially putting me in the most disadvantageous position on purpose to advance thru own case.
This is highly frowned upon by Judges IF they become aware of it.
Reported the solicitor/trainee solicitor to the SRA for failing to uphold their professional obligations and overriding duty to the court.
SRA then took months to even respond, by which time I had already moved on from such incompetence.
Warning - Do NOT trust this firms tactics if you are the opposing LIP.
Disgrace, next time I will follow through with my complaint and urge others to do so if they experience the same.

We came to Bhatia Best with less than 24hrs notice when we were let down by VHS Fletchers who decided they had a conflict of interest. I was asking for help for my son for a voluntary interview at a police station. He has additional needs and trying to arrange a last minute replacement was a major hurdle for him.
The people I dealt with initially were very helpful and supportive and said there would be a solicitor to meet us at the police station.
The solicitor who met us could not have been more supportive especially in relation to my son's multiple disabilities, she was very empathetic and supportive of his needs. She took the time to ensure nothing was rushed and that he understood the whole process

Definitely the worst solicitor firm out there..

Criminal solicitors who support the police to cause there own client a detriment. 1 star rating is too good for this firm! For a paycheck these solicitors will throw there own family under the bus as that’s how bad they are!

Never use or recommend this firm to anyone.

This company with people who are working in absolute disgusting worse service you can get from a solicitor company. Most ignorant people. So disappointed the service is absolutely ridiculous
