DO NOT order from this company!!!!!!
I waited so long for a dress and when it arrived, the color was completely different from what was advertised. I sent a picture and they denied that there was any difference. I’m now stuck with a credit, which I will never use. Very unimpressed with this company! 😡

Only sent out the dress after escalating to PayPal claim. Upon receiving the dress, the label shows it’s actually from a small company in India called Pozruh, that sells their dresses for less than half of the price bhoomi Paris sells it for. In the PayPal claim, they claim that it takes 4 weeks to ship because somebody needs to make the dress. They are full of it. Just go get a shopping service and buy directly from Pozruh. I have the screen caps. The audacity of these dropshippers.

Many bad reviews here.. My experience is very different. I always get a reply, was able to send back items that they picked up with the track and trace code that I sent them. Refunds are not possible so I got a store credit instead. I bought several items and their tailoring is not bad for the price point and I love their sets made of linnen. The quality of the linnen is quite high and especially the colors are amazing. I now know my size and can order anything in that size, that I intend to, years to come. Also, yes their stuff is a selection of another brand that is slightly cheaper there, but still has to be shipped from India I believe, so yeah, it's a bit more expensive here, but I rather pay a little more to them, then to have something shipped from the other side of the world.

I should have read what others have written before! Taking forever to get any response at all from email or chatbot. Had to chase them on instagram and still waited for a few days to receive anything! After receiving the expensive shirt, I see the label is actually from kharakapas.com with less than half of a price! what a scam! DO NOT BUY!

Almost 4 weeks ago I ordered but still nothing received! already send them 3 emails but no response!!!!
Is this a very expensive scam? Be aware!

Return was not possible, although I checked back on the address before I sent it back (I needed to pay for the return). It was delivered to a Pick-up place and nobody at Bhoomi "was authorized" to pick up. Email contact was not helpful at all. I contacted the German and the French post but ultimately, I had the impression nobody at Bhoomi cared and the return was sent back to my house. After all, I was not able to get my money back and paid for stuff I just did not need plus the costs for sending the return to France. I would not call this sustainable at all.

In June 2023 I ordered a top at Bhoomi. I paid 95 euro including shipping + the shipping costs for returning and I got nothing.. The size wasn't according to the measurements on the website (too small). And on top of that the address is unknown so La Poste couldn't deliver the return package (they have tried 2 times! Even after checking the address again with me). 2,5 months later I finally got the package back, so I e-mailed Bhoomi again to find a solution (do I really have to pay shipping again???).

It took me several complaints (in several weeks!) on Instagram for they actually reply. This is going on for months already..... they are not willing to work on a solution. Very bad customer service.. DON'T BUY AT BHOOMI unless you want to loose money.

I send a dress back in July. I forgot to put in a note with the details. But emailed straight away. After 2 months I got an reply, they were going to refund right away. I'm still waiting for my money. I've send several emails, tried getting in contact via Facebook, send a message on whatsapp. But they just don't respond.

Don't buy here!!!!! You will never get your money back

I returned the dress but the carrier can't deliver the package because no one is present. I really hope I will get my money back because they also didn't respond to my mail.

Not the quality you would expect. Also the money they owe me in returns I did not get back.
So I’m still waiting for around 700€. I think that I’m never gonna see that money again. Don’t order there!!!

Unfortunately, sustainability is just a label for this company. The quality of the dress I ordered was rather low and not in any way comparable with the photos on the website. Though I argued my case patiently and the company admitted that they could easily bring the dress back into the product cycle, there was no willingness to re-fund me. With no trust in the quality of their products, they only offered me store-credit meaning that I would have to buy clothes that I do not wish to use - which is in no way sustainable. With this disappointment, I returned the dress, but the carrier informed me that during normal office hours (around 14.00 in the afternoon) nobody was there at the indicated address. Now both the dress and the store credit are lost. Both products and costumer relations are highly disappointing and a nightmare. Don’t buy at Bhoomi Paris!
