Postal service cost for returns despite website explicitly saying no charge
They charge postal service cost when returning goods, despite the website explicitly saying they don't. When questioning this they will no longer respond to emails.

Initially klantenservice did reply to my emails. I had not received my money back after return, this was quickly fixed after emailing. I noticed that 5.95 was deducted from the price of the items, I asked why. I also received an answer from klantenservice. I then replied that this was in contradiction to what is on the website. I was ignored. I emailed again, saying that maybe my email was missed, still no answer. I send another email, still ignored. I wanted to place a review, I chose the option for private...still no response. Then I placed the review.
Unfortunately I do not have the option to add a picture, but this comes from your website and i quote:
Als je geen verzendkosten hebt betaald voor het opsturen van je bestelling, is terugbetaling van verzendkosten niet van toepassing. in deze situatie betalen we alleen het bedrag van de geretourneerde producten terug.
Als je de hele bestelling binnen de gestelde termijn retourneert, krijg je de verzendkosten die je betaald hebt volledig terug. Dit betekent dat je niet alleen het volledige bedrag van de producten terugkrijgt, maar ook de kosten voor de verzending naar jou.
So, not returning the full price of the goods, but substracting 5.95 for post is in contradiction with the policy as stated on the website.
