I am writing in response to the review of my account and the restriction placed on my funds.

I would like to formally clarify that my trading activity consisted of a market-neutral funding rate arbitrage strategy. This strategy involves maintaining offsetting positions in perpetual contracts in order to capture publicly available funding rate differentials. The positions are fully hedged and are not directional bets on price movement.

At no point did I engage in:

Wash trading

Self-matching orders

Market manipulation

Artificial volume generation

Incentive abuse

Any attempt to distort the funding mechanism

My trades were executed based solely on publicly displayed funding rate data and standard arbitrage principles commonly used in derivatives markets. Funding rate arbitrage is a widely recognized and legitimate trading strategy used across major exchanges.

The strategy does not aim to influence price or funding rates but rather to respond to existing market imbalances while remaining market neutral.

If any specific transactions require clarification, I am fully willing to cooperate and provide additional details regarding entry timing, hedge structure, and position management.

I respectfully request a detailed explanation of the specific concern regarding my account activity and kindly ask that my funds be released if no violation of your Terms of Service has occurred.

This exchange engages in illegal activity. Instead of using the coins for the agreed-upon reasons, they sell them and utilize them for fraudulent purposes.To all of this exchange's (possible) users. If you truly wish to invest in such a business, please think twice. Wouldn't trade using others except with #CoventrySecurities#. Great one to depend on.

I've been using this app for years now and I can confidently say it is one of the best crypto trading exchanges, with a user-friendly interface and with an essay access to deposit, trade and withdraw.

Fast live chat customer service promptly sorted out my missing deposit. Withdrawal fees are sometimes high but offset with very high yield EARN opportunities for many coins.

It doesn't get any more brazen than that.

1. Had a subscription for 30 days. After 10 days this subscription was cancelled without any notice.

2. Tried to withdraw the token to a legit exchange. Then I realized they claim about 40 $ fees for that. Checked on the legit exchange. There the withdrawal fee for the same token was about 2 Cents!

3. Thought: okay, then I sell at Biconomy.

Watched the order book and placed a limit order which was not executed though the bid displayed was higher than the limit.
Well, as the transaction was only about 650 Dollars , I thought, no problem, I sell at market.

The 650 Dollar Transaction was splitted into 8 parts, 7 of them were executed not quite good, but in range. But the 8th block (worth about 172 Dollars) was executed for 20 Dollars! 90 % lower than fair value, what made an immediate loss of 150 Dollars!

Double-checked that with several legit exchanges like Hyperliquid or Bitget. No market crash at all for sure. Nowhere - beside at Biconomy for just one second..

Biconomy is NOT REGULATED ANYWHERE! And they exactly know why...

I have multiple exchanges i use now using biconomy i had an issue with a transfer (my fault) i contacted biconomy support and in one day the fixed the transfer from another exchange and got my usdt to me, expert team im using biconomy now as my main platform i trust

I am writing this to warn the global crypto community about Biconomy. After engaging in legitimate funding rate arbitrage—a standard market-neutral strategy—Biconomy froze my account without any valid proof.
While they eventually allowed me to withdraw my principal after intense pressure, they seized all my trading profits (earned over 12+ hours of open positions). When I asked for transparency and a fair review, their support team formally threatened me with legal action and lawsuits to silence me.
This is a clear case of "polite theft." They welcome your deposits, but if you actually make a profit, they label it as "irregular" and steal your gains. I have full documentation, chat logs, and email proofs of their threats. Stay away from Biconomy if you value your capital!.... UID:51520758

I have been using Biconomy for a couple of months. Have been able to deposit and withdraw funds with no problem. Customer support is very responsive and respectful.

Staking features are great. This a 5 star. Don't know why people are voting this low.

Not the best experience to beging with. deposit cant be reinstate. customer service is not helpful and has the standard Ai response. i've had wifi signals stronger than this return😂😂

DANGER, THIS IS A SCAM EXCHANGE!!

This fraudulent exchange has already robbed dozens of people. I'll describe the scheme:
You deposit money into their account, trade, and... If you have a positive P&L, they confiscate it under the guise of "The trading pair of this token was manipulated, leading to abnormal price fluctuations" under any circumstances. There are countless examples. It's not a guarantee that you'll be able to get your initial deposit back. And you definitely won't be given your profits—that's guaranteed!

They look polished and even have team members that are helpful at first but when you commit to a long-term plan, you start having issues with basic service like withdrawing your money. It's been over a month now and they won't send my money. If not for my cousin recommendation all my $95k would have vanished, the agency helped me with my recovery process. Fight for what is yours!!!

Breach of trust, avoid at all costs. Only through the effort of Cl_ix_ot online was i able to get my money back.
