Biesse Australia.....worst customer service for spare parts Ive ever dealt with.
For a company that charges big money for their products you would think the after sales service would be good.
Can't get an answer from their spare parts division, constantly chasing them, they only have one site tech available to Victoria and he has to come down from QLD. If your machine goes down you are screwed.
If i could give less then 1 star i would. Save your time, sanity and money and go elsewhere. This company is so unbearabley awfull to deal with i can not explain. The machine was brand new over $300k and they could not install it and make it work for 6 months. No one would even turn up to work on it. They eventually got it going and it has been horrible ever since. The list of problems is long and the service is absolutely disgusting. They dont turn up they dont order parts they do no no how to fix some things but pretend they do. No staff at the company last there very long from admin to tech staff. So no one knows what they are doing. I have worked long hard years trying to build my business and these people do no even give the slightest care as to who they ruin with the woe ful machinery and service.
Do Biesse make good machines? Sure.
Do you get any help when the machine breaks down? Nope!
Is it easy to learn how to use the software or get updates? Forget it!
If you send them a message or an email do you get an answer? Absolutely not!
Can you get a hold of spare parts easily? You wish!
Have I gotten any help during the last 5 years with my Rover A Smart when it doesn't open the dust collection vent when I program it to drill some holes? I think you know the answer!
It's very frustrating to spend a substantial amount of money on a machine that promises to increase productivity when the only thing it has done is give me a headache.
Apparently the only language Biesse speaks is money and they are only interested in selling machines but not helping you to actually use their products…
I can go on for days about the problems. But I digress…
I do not recommend you get anything from Biesse unless they fix their support and customer service.
