Absolutely Amazing!!!
We are near the end of having a side extension and loft extension done and have had a number of different trades and companies come and do work. Bifold Door Factory have by far stood out as being extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and from the get go set a very high standard.
We were recommended them by friends and they have not disappointed from the initial phone call, where they patiently explained the different products and suppliers. We were then invited to their showroom / factory and narrowed down our selection to a five door Schuco bi-fold system and also three bespoke gable windows for the loft. We complicated things by also having two different colours, white on the inside and cream outside. This was no problem for the Bifold Door Factory. We received a very reasonable quote a day or so later.
Appointments were made to come and measure and the surveyor arrived promptly and took accurate measurements liaising with our builders. We were kept informed throughout and they even organised a crane to lift the glass panels into place. Installation went smoothly. We signed off saying we were happy with the work but Bifold Door Factory strive for perfection and they requested a return visit to redo one of the cills.
We could not be more delighted with the final result. They delivered a truly beautiful finish to our home. We have had to call them back once to have the door adjusted as the extension settled but again this was no problem and it was corrected within days.
I would love to take this opportunity to thank the wonderful installation team, especially Coz who was fantastic, the surveyor and a certain sales manager, who did not want to be mentioned but we were so impressed with how he was always a phone call away, answered every question we had, was always calm, reassuring and made sure everything went smoothly. You are a credit to the company! I would recommend Bi fold Door Factory to others with no hesitation. Definitely five stars for service and a wonderful product!!

We purchased two sets of 3 large bifold doors about 4 years ago and have enjoyed using them enormously.
The product quality is first class and the fitting and communication and teamwork involved was excellent.
Recently one of the door locks required an adjustment.
I phoned the factory and a fitter came out the next afternoon and speedily sorted it.
What wonderful customer service!
This just reinforces my opinion of this company.

we purchased windows in January, and paid for a deposit for windows and doors, and it was agreed the final payment would be paid upon completion of the job it is now August and the company has not fitted the windows (I had to draw a line on this in July due to the ongoing stress it was causing the family) or refunded us.

The company have used every excuse from BREXIT, COVID-19, their workers breaking glass, they done have fitters available . They repeatedly set a number dates for fittings and failed to turn up on a number of occasions, this in itself has been costly as they would give little to no notice. To date we have not recieved any evidence that the windows and doors were ever made since commissioning the job. They had inquired if they could 'store' the windows on site, but we had to refuse we 1. we had no room for storage and 2. we became concerned that they would just leave the windows and doors on site without fitting them.

They are not refunding us our deposit, or communicating with us, we have phoned, left messages, and emails . Raj said that they had ordered express delivery of replacement glass 3 months ago.He has refused to refund us as he said they have a non refundable policy however no where on the documents does it state that refunds are not refundable.

After being recommended to them from a builder and consultant we asked about the bad reviews but they said that they where from competitor companies, but this is not true at all, we trusted this company and they failed us all through winter knowing we had no windows in place due to other works happening. Raj was fully aware of this as he came on site, now we want nothing more from this company other to then get our money back which they are refusing to do.

The fact that in all their responses to critical reviews they take no accountability for their actions should be a massive red flag to stay away from them.

I am not expecting BiFold Doors to respond back with any accountability on the matter even though we waited for 7 months for installation and have been more then understanding for over 5 months with having no windows in place,

Just to ensure BiFold Door Factory do not dismiss this review like they have done with so many other reviewers, I have attached a copy of the invoice on google reviews and which clearly confirms it is their company supplying the windows and door on google review, with all of their T&C's which they failed to deliver on. This ordeal has been exhausting.

REFUND US BACK THE DEPOSIT BIFOLD DOORFACTORY!!!!!

Bifold Door Factory installed Schuco sliding doors and casement windows this week and we have been very impressed by both, the quality of the windows, as well as the install team lead by Jelly.

We had a different company installing Schuco casement windows in another part of the house and despite them being the same on paper, the production process, quality and finish as well as the installation and the final end result were miles better. Jelly and his team were very conscientious and they did the windows justice.
We should also mention that the sales team did a good job advising us.

I have had a very good experience with Bifold doorfactory when one pane of glass in the lantern needed replacing - in particular the repairer Jelly. They were good to their word on the 10 year guarantee that came with installation of the lantern and arranged a repair slot within a few days.

Jelly called an hour before arrival to check the address and that we were in. His repair was superb and very efficient - he had completed the job in under an hour which was much quicker than I was expecting. He was very careful when clearing out the old broken glass and concerned that my young daughter was safely away from any danger.

The repair was to a very high standard and it looked even better than the original installation with quality silicone work ensuring the lantern was water tight.

Jelly was very friendly and polite and gives Bifolddoorfactory a good name.

Great experience with Bifold Door Factory. The process from start to finish was quick and easy. I would like to say a massive thank you to Jelly who fitted the bifold door. He gave me the heads up that he is on his way. On arrival he explained what his plan of action is going to be for the day. He really made sure that the door was fitted in a perfectionist way making sure that there was no damage to the site and all rubbish was all cleared up after they finished. Cannot fault jelly in any way honestly can say that it was 5* star all the way.

We had 4 sets of bifold doors fitted last week. We are delighted with the results. Jelly and his team paid great attention to detail, so even though it was a retro fit we still have a neat finish. All rubbish was cleared from site and we would highly recommend this company.

We had a set of bifold doors installed a few years ago, installed perfectly and are still in perfect working order. We are now selling the house and moving on and as part of the home buyers report / survey the new buyers requested lots of info on the doors and a copy of the guarantee. Harminder and Dean were able to track down copies of the requested documents and forward on. I was delighted!

Dean and his team have been outstanding from the moment we engaged them for a major remodel of a property in Surrey. Their attention to detail has been second to none, every detail checked and rechecked, very comforting to know you are working with a professional team.
They also managed to deliver a triple bifold and very large floor to ceiling window in the shortest time imaginable to enable a major push on our project.
These guys really do care and I absolutely recommend them.

The quality of the Schucco doors is top class. This is the third piece of renovation works that we have done to our house, with schucco doors and windows going in the last 2 times, as the original bifold doors we got on our first renovation are quite poor in comparison.
Dean is easy to deal with and gives good support throughout.
The same surveyor has come out both times we have used this company and was very friendly thorough.
Jelly the fitter is a funny character who is obviously very dedicated and passionate about his work. His work is very neat and thorough and he even did some minor servicing to our original doors from another supplier, and got them working much better. So thank you Jelly.
One bit of advice to customers is that the lead times can be relatively long (this is probably just generally for windows and doors as I haven't compared), so get your design and orders in early to avoid being held up at the endo of your build. But the final product is definitely worth the wait!

I have had bifold schueco doors fitted by this company and wanted to write a review about their great after sales service. We have had the doors now for several years and they have been fantastic. The company’s after sales service is fantastic too. Jelly came out with a colleague to carry out some minor adjustments and his professionalism and work ethic was amazing. He has a lovely bubbly personality and reassured me that all doors would be checked and adjusted where required. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and can definitely confirm that the company is great at looking after its customers even after having fitted them. Jelly is fantastic after sales representative and I would highly recommend him.

I had my bifold doors and windows installed last September and the process was so straightforward forward and very knowledgeable.

I was given a lot of choices for the door and window specifications.

After receiving my quote the engineer came over to take the final measurements with high tech lazer equipment to make sure it was accurate.

Upon receiving my final drawings i confirmed the order and was given a installation date.

All windows and doors were delivered and installed on the date given which was very convenient for myself.

The fitters were very professional and done an excellent job.
They kept me updated on the day of arrival and arrived on time.

I want to especially thanks Jelly from the factory who done an incredible job. This person really took his time and the attention to detail was second to none.
He is very skill full with the level and the silicone. The way he applied silicone was so accurate I felt he used a machine. You couldn’t see any gaps and the thickness of the silicone was perfect.

I definitely would want him to come to my future service calls.

Apart from being very skilful and doing an excellen Job he has very good customer service expertise and I highly recommend him.

My over all experience with the bifold factory has been excellent and I will be using them again for replacing all of my windows on my house in the future.

Sam was the Sales consultant that took me through my Bi Folding journey at the Bifold door factory. The service was excellent from start to finish. Sam invited me to the show rooms and showed me the different types of Bi Folds they do. I went for Schuco, as I had already done my research and knew they were very good quality. Sam sent his Surveyor a couple of days later and measured up. The installation took 6 weeks, but Sam was totally honest before even selling me the doors and said it will take between 5-7 week. Jelly came to fit the doors. Very pleasant guy with excellent customer service. He was excellent at fitting the doors and explained everything to me. I was a little worried if they were going to be any issues with the size of the door especially as the measurements were taken before the final floor level was complete. I have to say.... the measurement was spot on. absolutely perfect. Highly recommend this company. Thank you, Sam and Team.

Had a problem with my lock on my bi fold doors, rang on Monday 18 January, received a call back on the Tuesday informing me a fitter would be calling on me in the afternoon. The fitter who was called cos was very knowledgable and fixed my locking problem and was very helpful. Many thanks

I can only comment on the sales experience as I didn't use this company in the end...

I was going to order bi-fold doors form this company but I didn't find them particularly helpful or knowledgable, or it could have been an unwillingness to help that made them appear lacking in knowledge of the products. They appeared more interested in getting my money and working out the details later rather than working out if the door was right for me before ordering.

On the plus side the communication was very prompt and the price they gave was reasonable. They just need to be a bit more knowledgable about the product they are selling, a bit more interested in their customers and a bit less pushy with trying to get deposits paid.

The other thing that put me off this company is their responses to bad reviews on this website. They don't come across in a very professional manner, you can tell a lot about a company in the way they deal with negative feedback.

I ended up calling a different company and the difference was night and day, really helpful, clear communication, my questions were answered easily, I ordered from them within 24 hours of my first contact. They also came in slightly cheaper too.

Extremely disappointing experience. Not only have the windows been delayed by multiple weeks, but when the fitting date finally arrives, the fitter turns up without the parts he needs!! 3 days in and only 30% of the job is complete, resulting in a significant amount of money lost on needing to delay other labourers. Great service until you’ve paid a deposit but after that they leave you out in the cold. From speaking to our builders, they are widely known for extremely poor service and they, like many others, have vowed never to use them again. Definitely wish we hadn’t!

Visited the factory and spoke to Sam who was initially very helpful. Paid a deposit. Surveyor came out at the wrong time and was very rude. Order wasn't quite right which the Manager Dean said he would help sort. He suggested a second survey. The same Surveyor came out and didn't know what he was doing. We lost faith after this and was promised our deposit back minus £250 for the surveyors charges. I'm still waiting for the money....
