The love the product I received. I was disappointed that most of the products I initially wanted to purchase were not available. While I requested to be notified when items were restocked, the items were not restocked when I returned to the site a month later.

I was pleasantly pleased with my order. Not only did my gift box arrive before expected, but it also pleased the eye. The box was too pretty to open. I loved the contents, too. The order was missing one item; however, Courtney responded promptly and addressed my concern professionally. My missing item is set to arrive today. Situations happen when preparing boxes; that is expected, but excellent customer service goes a long way. I am giving Bifties a well-deserved 5-star review! I would definitely recommend Bifties.

Bifties is my new "go-to" gift spot
I received a Bifties gift from a dear friend last year and LOVED it! I'd not heard of Bifties until then, and I knew the moment I opened the box that I would be sending Bifties to friends. I've done just that. Every gift has been well received, and the ease of ordering online and having the gift delivered speedily is one of the best features of Bifties. Very small size for price
The snack and candle were too small for the price. Please post better pictures to show size of product (ie with a reference object within the picture) Also website could use an update to the search function and filter/sort functions.

I purchased this gift box for my sister as of today I haven't given it to her yet, however the box is beautiful. When I went to the website picking the items were seamless. The website is very user friendly. I love the variety of items on the site and I'm so excited bto give this to my sister for her birthday! A great place to give a gift from
The site is easy to use, the products are creative and exciting. The delivery was smooth, and the recipient was super impressed with not only the gifts, but the packaging, style, and overall experience. My only feedback is that I would like to see a few more gender-neutral gifts and/or gifts for men. Many of the options, while great, were better suited to a female recipient. Thanks!
