As for AJ ! Her outfits are atrocious, in particular last night’s, 18th April. I honestly thought she was wearing a NAPPY. Who on earth chooses the outfits? They need SACKING.

Alarm installed but no handover. We have cancelled our contract and would not recommend this provider.

In the words of Big Brother "Connecting the (Texecom) app is not part of the commissioning to ensure that the alarm is working"

Please also beware of their 12 month rolling maintenance contract. They will not remind you and they have a 12 month cancellation.

I have been with Big Brother for a number of years and I just cannot fault Big Brother. I just had my yearly health check two weeks ago and an Engineer called Alfred attended. I find him most professional, extremely tidy and most of all has great communication skills. Well done Alfred. See you next year!!

Have installed the intruder system and on the silver maintenance service for 5 years. The company will remind you for making annual health check service for the alarm system when due and the service provides make me peace of mind.

Alfredo of BIG BROTHER was so courteous, efficient, competent. I was exceptionally pleased with the service particularly because he was able to wait till I finished my work and arrive then at 3:15 pm!! Having a narrower time slot to visit makes all the difference! Jeanne

The engineer came on time, was polite & courteous, showed me how to operate my control box (which I had forgotten over time!) and set up a pet friendly sensor in the lounge. He then completed a full system check, replacing batteries where needed. A great service, excellent all round. Thank you.

There was a delay for the day we had to get the check done. It was pushed back and Lia organised for someone to come on Saturday for no extra charge to make up for that. Alfred was great and completed the yearly maintenance check, replaced all batteries and explained few things I asked. Totally recommend.

I have used Big Brother for about 8 years and have always found them to be honest and professional. On this recent installation they went above and beyond to make sure that parts on back order were delivered across London by courier in minutes so everything could be installed on the same day.

The team were super professional, quick, tidy and very helpful in sorting a number of additional requirements which came up on the job whilst onsite. Overall would highly recommend to Big Brother Security to anyone who is looking for a thorough, end to end service to secure their homes!

Jobs don't always go to plan, and when that happens, it is about how that is dealt with. All I can really say is that they offer proper old fashioned customer service in an efficient, and cost effective manner. Highly recommended.
