Super helpful and ships super fast! Highly recommend the shipping insurance as well, because if UPS or other rerouted your shipment or if it's lost or stolen, they make it right immediately! Products are top notch and when they had their store near Dallas (unsure if it moved), their staff is impeccable! Even better service and I didn't think it could get any better. Highly recommend through and through!

I've used Big D for about a year now
I've used Big D for about a year now. The prices are reasonable and the delivery process is quick and easy. I do miss when I used to be able to pick up in person but times change so im not mad. Everyone that works there is really friendly and helpful.

Great prices and customer service. Can't beat that!
They were out of the specific bottle I had ordered and took it upon themselves to call me to work out a solution. They even put a rush on my delivery due to the discrepancy. Their prices are half of what I have been paying in the local vape shops. I have told everyone about Big D Vapors!!
