Solid place, all of my orders (and i've made a lot of them) are shipped quickly and arrive shockingly fast considering I'm on the other side of the world. My main issue is the princing being steep, and also, not transparent. Since I'm not in the UK, I'd expect a higher postage price. However, along with postage (which I understand they don't have much control over) a $10aud 'per order fee' is charged. This isn't made obvious until checkout, although it is mentioned briefly on the site somwhere. Also, they have stopped providing repressing of CDs, which I can understand from a logistics point of view, but I find that 'download only' takes the fun out of things. I am more than happy to throw my money at them, however, if I can't get a CD version, I will throw my money at randos on ebay instead.

I was looking for the Robin Hood Complete Series audiobooks and saw that digital download was possible from bigfinish.com - a website I had never used before. I went from a google search to find the books, to playing them as downloaded files on my PC within five minutes. Thanks for the smooth experience! I'm so happy to have these files now to keep forever.

I placed an order on Saturday 28 December 2024. For more than £70

When I clicked on the button to complete the order the screen froze but instead of a couple of seconds which is normal it went on longer. Whilst this was happening I received a notification from my bank telling me I had sent the money to big finish. I received no confirmation email so I sent an email to complain and I was basically told it was my problem and it's up to me to get the money back from my card supplier.
I am never ordering with this unprofessional, amateur company ever again and I will be using my free legal cover that I get with my union membership to sue them for the money if necessary

Once again another delay with the sending out of so called Special CDS . I have been waiting almost 18 months for the 60th special which i ordered Feb 23. It wasnt clear when i ordered that it would take this long.They told us it would be November for the last one and lo and behold another timeless delay. i appreciate it they want to get production right but after previous delays with other ones in the series you would think they could get a production company to produce the series on time.Customer service minimal at best .Not all customers want downloads some actually want the physical cd to play and look at the packaging.Nothing wrong with the stories themselves but im afraid their customer care leaves a lot to be desired .Come on Big Finish get your production /distribution sorted once and for all.

The product is good. Sadly the website has not been accessible for a month or so now, nor do purchased items actually materialise any more. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT THE MOMENT.

They produce great audio dramas, but have a tendenacy to blurr the the lines between ranges. So following one range might mean having to listen to other ranges to understand the plots.

Customer service is atrocious, as long as you don't have to contact them then no problem.

I have always found Big Finish to high quality. Each production when compared to other audios, even those from the BBC to be superior. Nothing but good to say.

Torchwood ,it arrived brilliant Torchwood ascension I plan to pre order more audio cds in the future.

Good service, although O had a lot of trouble signing in which the office team sorted form me after a few day , that was the only let down

The customer service team are excellent and the dramas the company produce are high quality. The only negative thing I can say about the company is that their decision to end their Monthly Adventures range has meant that a subscription for 12 months has sky rocketed from £130 to a massive £274. Yes, there are more releases for that amount but to be forced to pay such a high price for 12 month's worth of entertainment when a regular stream of stories over that period could be bought for £130 is a bit much for someone on a very low income but needs that steady stream of entertainment for their mental wellbeing such as myself.

I wanted to gift some Dr Who audiobooks to my son, I emailed Big Finish, and they responded very quickly explaining how to do this. On the bank holiday Monday after Christmas I asked them to make the transfer. By 8am the following morning, also a Bank Holiday, they'd done it. Why can't all companies be this good?

Their audiobooks themselves are excellent too!

Excellent quality productions.
The Doctor Who stories often beat the the TV series in terms of story telling. The sound effects and music are also always top quality and really help you immerse yourself in the stories.
