Fast delivery and good prices. Books are packaged better than competitors do.

Ordering the book was easy, but it doesn't allow for the parent to order and the student to access via his own login credentials. This isn't very visible or intuitive from the start, so we are stuck with my son using my login credentials to get access to the book he needs. Clearer instructions and recommendations for use should be provided.

Everything arrived in good condition, and before expected delivery.

I needed to cancel my order but it made me wait at least an hour to do so. Then they denied my refund. I needed my money back. Finally after talking with customer servise 4 times, I got someone that was willing to help me. I received an email saying they mailed a check to me, but I haven't gotten it yet.

I am unable to use code purchased with books and books keep having malfunctions after chapter 1

I ordered a book for a class this semester. The tracking shipment was never updated on time until it got here. I honestly wasn't sure it was going to make it in time. My professor ended up changing the book we needed before the book I ordered arrived. I tried to cancel my order to get a refund. I was told I couldn't until it was delivered and I could return it. Okay that was fine. I returned the book and I was told I'd have to pay a $25 restocking fee. The book got there on 8/15. I am still waiting for my refund and told it could be up to 30 days as they haven't checked it in yet. This process has been going on for a month now. Awful experience and would not recommend. Amazon prime or abe books or any other service has much better policies and speed.

This was very affordable and easy to use and I got the book quickly.

Book was delivered in less than 10 days and was as described. Good price for the quality it is in and I'm happy to save a good chunk of change. I will definitely be using this website in the future.

Easy order, nice price (check the daily discount codes), quick shipping that arrived on time. Only reason I left that one star off is because I didn’t receive the email the site said you get when your book has shipped. I had to keep checking back to make sure it actually shipped out.

Your company does horrible business. First when I ordered the book I was not informed that the book was not in stock until a week after I ordered. Then I return the book..get charged to return the book and still waiting on my refund!!

I haven't received any type of email or update on the status of my book. No information on when it'll be shipped and sending emails seems to get automated responses. School books are expensive and my classes are about to start and I have no idea if I'm even getting my book. This is ridiculous.

Still haven’t received the book I ordered and when I log into the site and check my order status it only says shipped. It doesn’t allow me to track. It’s been at least 10 days. Ordered 6/26 and as of 8/8 no book and no update. 4 days ago I sent an email inquiry and haven’t received a reply. Disappointed.

DISHONEST SHIPPING TIMES. STAY AWAY.

I had ordered a book that I needed for a class and had ordered the two day shipping to get it fast. They didn't tell me the book was out of stock and after 8 days the book still hadn't shipped. I could have ordered at standard delivery from anywhere else faster than here. Absolutely awful communication.
