Excellent service and great price on a hard-to-find title.

Correct book and it came in pretty good condition. I would give 5 stars but my delivery guy bent the packaging even though it says “do not bend” on the outside.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a book for $7.60 total with shipping and thought, wow what a great deal. When I looked at my confirmation email it reflected a charge of $3.70, I thought that was a bit strange but didn't think much about it. Well I waited to see when the item would ship and I never received an email with shipping so I checked the site. My order was canceled on the site but I never received an email stating that and I never received a refund. I reached out to the company twice and never got a response. Next I was sent an email to confirm I received the item, funny thing was the email only gave my a option to confirm delivery but no option to say I have not received the item. This company is a joke and I will never order from them again!!!

Buying the book itself was a very pleasant experience. Thank you for that! However, I got 3 different prices on verifications and receipts. (I have the screenshots.) I never knew which one was accurate until I saw the charge on my credit card website. It was the middle price. I figured that the 1st price was actually leaving out the accurate shipping cost. The 2nd price made the most sense to me (and it was accurate). The 3rd price was significantly higher for shipping charges. The middle price was what I was actually charged and was the price that I estimated that I should be charged. In the end, everything was fine, but it would have been nice to know exactly what I was being charged.

Item apparently was out of stock but company charged my credit card and led be to believe it was coming via order confirmation and follow-up e-mail. Only way I found out it wasn't was by emailing company when it didn't arrive (no phone number for customer service available!), so whole experience was quite time-consuming. I was counting on the item and now have to start all over again. Wouldn't use this site again.

I was not told that the item was not in stock for shipping before I ordered it and that it needed to get to the shipping warehouse first. I needed the book I ordered for class and I expected the company to make up for the extremely long delay with expedited shipping at no extra cost to me, but this did not happen.

Ordered an extra book to qualify for free shipping. Order confirmation came with shipping charges - only $2 bucks, so okay… bank statement reflected a higher charge $8 difference with no notice from the company of the higher charge to my card. Customer Service a waste of time. Cancelled my order for a full refund - watch your statements with these people.

This is the 2nd time that I have utilized BiggerBooks, I must admit, I have been very pleased with your service. You deliver books quickly which aids me on getting a head start on my lessons. Once, I utilized a different company, they sent me a book that was ruined and then charged me for the damage!! I was totally appalled as I would never damage anyone's property. Needless to say, I will never use them again. BiggerBooks is Better!! Thank you for your services.

They cancelled my order with no notification or notice and claimed the book was available then right after I placed my order it was suddenly unavailable with no clarity on when it would be available

No complaints so far! 👌🏼 Everything seems to have gone pretty smoothly. I found my textbook at the cheapest price on this website, they gave me a coupon, I created an account, placed my order, free shipping and I received my textbook within a few days.

You cancelled 1 book & gave me my money back. But I’ve never heard anything about the other book & that money was not returned.

Order site said book would be shipped on 3-5 days. I paid for expedited shipping to receive it as fast as possible as it was to be a Mother's Day gift. I have never received it 2 weeks later nor has it even shipped yet. Customer service has not replied to me in a week. Apparently Bigger Books doesn't even have the book I ordered! They are waiting for it to come from somewhere else before they ship it and the 3-5 days stated begins. This was not noted on the order website or I never would have ordered from them. And I certainly would not have paid to expedite shipping!! Even though I have an order number, their website does not show my order so I cannot get status update and they do not reply to emailed responses. No way to call them.

This was the worst site I have ever used. I purchased and book and it was cancelled with no communication. The only reason I found out was because the charge was refunded on my card. After I went to repurchase the book, I saw the price doubled. This is a horrible site and seems to have corrupt ethics.

What kind of a garbage company sells a book they don't have in stock? Very hacky, circa 2002 kind of business practice. Would never do business with a shady company like this again.

They give minimal information on the book, it's very easy to mistakingly buy an access code instead of a real text book. It does not state what website the access code is for either. When you receive it, in order for you to even see what you purchased, you need to remove the shrink wrap, which automatically disallows you to return the item once you realize you can't even access the book. I wasted $90 on an access code thinking it was a text book. So disappointed and I can't even exchanged or get my money back.
