He won't own up to anything just keeps talking worse and worse, won't engage in public call outs but hides in my private messages calling me as disabled person doen for calling him out as a thief

Recently moved to the Big Island and found it nearly impossible to find genetics. I finally found Big Island Genetics on a recommendation from a Hawaiian grow page, and have been very pleased. Delivered when promised and they provided me with tips and information.

I ordered the Alenuihaha and I got 15 dead seeds. Now I'm severely screwed and out of $. I'll let you know how it goes.
Addendum: They make good on their word. I did have to "poke the bear" and it took a while, regardless they did honor their brand. I'm pretty hostile, but they even helped me so I can't say anything negative at this point. I imagine even in the worst case scenario, Aaron will work with you to facilitate a positive conclusion.

I was wrong about this company 7 weeks and I get a call from Arron saying he is sending my seeds out got my seeds today very happy SCRATCH the last 2 REVIEWS I never get RIPPED OFF just took some time but seeds came

Service and product is the greatest in the world, Hawaii is best! Love you Guys

Firstly 50% bad reviews? Absolutely insane. These have to be from bots, competition or just from growers that have trouble popping beans and to you guys I say start out with cheaper genetics to learn from. Don't get expensive beans..

Now, into the gravy.. Firstly I had a problem with my order, I ordered a bunch of seeds and didn't get everything I ordered and I seen all these negative reviews and thought well dang now I'm out 250 bucks, well at least I got some of the strains I ordered, which I have to say each strain I did get came with extra freeebies!!
I recently got my order and seen it was not right, and seeing the reviews i panicked, instant message to their website and then their business email they give. To my surprise the website was the first one to respond, and rather quickly. They got my order number from me and are going to rectify the situation and were very kind and didn't question me at all!

Will of course, update on second delivery (and maybe final product) :P but I don't think I will have anymore problems. I wasn't going to do a review until I got the rest of my order but I seen all the negative stuff and thought wow that really is bad for business, especially if it is completely unfounded and false AND this guy reached out quickly to make this right!!!

Here's hoping this dude will give me a few more extra beans per strain again for the good review before getting the rest. ;)))))) jk my man give me what ya can, lol Respect!

Sometimes there have been mix ups with orders and occasionally reports of failed seeds... we rectify all issues when possible. Some of these negative reviews have been rectified but folks dont go back to write updates for previous negative reviews.
All of our genetics are genuine/authentic and very rare. We apologize for any mix-ups and ALWAYS want to see happy successful BIG growers. We are not a scam nor a hoax, Hawaiian Cannabis genetics are our life's work and we take it very seriously...we are not happy unless our growers are happy.
if you have concerns, we understand. Our Super Mix, Professors Picks, or Mike's Mix are all inexpensive and are a great representation of what we offer, top shelf seeds.

If I could leave a negative score I would, besides being 100% full of crap, zero customer service, WEEEAAAKKK ass attempt at claiming Hawaiian genetics, I've smoked maui wowee since the 80s, then it k8nda vanished, I saw maui wowee seeds on this guy's site, bought them, they were most definitely NOT anything like any maui wowee I've seen, smoked, or grew, total scam, his kauai electric is a hoax also, people like this give legal marijuana growing a very bad name

Sent me a crappy t-shirt (which I really don’t care about) then send an EMPTY seed vial in a second separate shipment.
This appears to be a one-man operation and a terribly run business. Save your time and money. There are actual legitimate sources for seeds… and crappy T-shirts too.

This post is 100% false! It's a smear campaign that we initially laughed at because it was SO opposite of verifiable truth. I am Aaron Zeeman and this misinformation has been spread deliberately and prominently by several "review" and "scam" sites who are complicit with this violation that has been perpetuated by this (known) individual.
I still wont respond to these HUGE lies. ...they are really works of defamatory fiction. We are going to address each and every one of these accusations in our complaint and show this is a malicious, premeditated attempt to tarnish my reputation, my integrity, my company's standing in seed markets where character and integrity are hard fought and earned over years, where low quality, dishonest, shady and other questionable dealings will end a seed company's favor with the public. Big Island Genetics is in it's 6th year and doing better than ever with thousands of happy growers, many beyond satisfied...enough to write long thank you letters/emails. Half of our sales are to repeat growers. The defendant is a "Hawaiian" who lives on the Mainland in the city, had a seed company that was a rippoff and is now out of business. He is a racist and is upset that a white person (Ha'ole) has the real, genuine Hawaiian strains that are very prized and rare...not shared by Hawaiians to Ha'oles (usually) . We did the impossible: found and secured all 5 of the original Hawaiian legends in pure form.. most thought lost forever! I was fortunate to be gifted these seeds by an original Maui grower from Lahaina in 1970-1982. I was vetted by Hawaiian BEFORE he gave them to me to continue breeding and preserving these as he did for 40 years!
If this post is not removed by defaulters.com and it's other websites these will be further action including but not limited to legal actions, cyber actions to take down the site and blacklisting as a "hit site" that profits in fake news, and unvetted reports! please remove this immediately.

I paid for PunaGluePunch and Maui Wowee over 200$ I got beans but the were dark brown and looked very old I been growing over 40 yrs in Ka’u and these beans didn’t open not a one that is unheard of. I contacted somebody named Aaron he said he would refund me and send all new seeds so in 4 different emails, this is dragging out months now and I never got my refund or seeds he said he would send and refund. These guys will rip you off no one is so busy they only have time to steal your money and forget about you. I was told by my grower friends not to go to Big Island Genetics they all did in the past and have all got ripped off. So I tell you don’t give Big Island Genetics your money, go to Any other seed bank if you want quality seeds that will germinate.

Big Island Genetics has provided stable, viable genetics at a reasonable price delivered in a reasonable amount of time. B.I.G. is a small business run from the heart. You are supporting someone dedicated to the cause of promoting natural healing and wellness through cannabis. His strains are legendary. I would recommend B.I.G.

great genetics some times it takes a while to get the order shipped out but when it comes its fire...with lava possible. im sure later in the year they will ship the kauai electric and garden snow it happened similar 2 orders before and the first order but eventually they shipped out. its legit fire... and the kauai electric has hawaiian power n you might get the real pheno of ke that is the kauai electric. its an experience but seriously fire buds.

I read the reviews on this site and based on that, was concerned that an issue I had would not be resolved. I was wrong and am very satisfied with the resolution and customer service I've experienced. I'm glad that I ordered with this company and plan to order again.

Firstly no one is perfect but my experience has been totally positive. Aaron is a busy man so yeah sometimes he can't answer me right away but he eventually always does and I order something and I get it. Not overnight but I get it. my seeds pop and grown with little effort. Heck even better than others I have tried. Aaron is good at giving advise on how to treat his seeds and he is knowledgable. I totally trust B.I.G.

I ordered seeds got 2 weeks later. They sent everything I ordered. Plus bonus pack. Germinated 15 all popped. They or doing great looking good. Big Island genetics is the real deal. No scam.

Total scam, I paid with cash app the first round he actually sent me 20 seeds and NONE popped, Ive been producing for years unheard of , my second order I did the next day never arrived and he ignored all my emails, Frauds
