Don't 'Trust' Their Website

Make sure you call to confirm that the items you want actually ARE in stock, because these clowns don't seem to communicate between the store and the web team.
Drove to the middle of nowhere to get items clearly marked 'In Stock' on their website, only to be told that they aren't in stock and that the web team should have taken said item down...the assistant even had the cheek to tell ME to inform the Customer Care team, so that they could tell the web team...like it was my job not hers.
The guy in front of me had exactly the same issue and said it wasn't the first time it had happened to him. Amateurs.

Great customer care & good quality products

Good quality products. Decent pricing. Never had any issues with customer care. I was always taken care of very professionally by the staff even when items were faulty or I needed to return perfectly good products. The range of products that they offer is quite wide too.

bad service.

terrible customer service, not only do they not respect consumer laws, but they are also rude, not up to the standard of a store of this size, I hope some competitors arrive because unfortunately today there are none in Malta. In any case I will not use their service anymore

AVOID IT!!

AVOID IT!!! Totally unprofessional!Or Waste your money,time and nerves!!

It’s a second time this week when I shopped from you and each time I remain mega dissatisfied.
1. Time the products available online turned out none of them available while promote as “ yellow offer” spoke with Inga who guarantee to me that can be arranged as payment because I asked : cash on delivery, then after 2 hours ( always waiting on the phone that no body bothered to answer a good 1 hour) finally answered Tanja, who told me that your policy does not include “ cash on delivery “
I have send my daughter with cash to your store. In the mean time from my original order only couple of things ( like light etc was available) the main things on yellow offer as garden furniture wasn’t clear if when will arrive. Tania was kind I have purchased something else and my original invoice jumped from 407 to 700 euros only for 3 products. Moreover the chairs that I still wanted she assured me that they have them in stock but somehow they can’t find them ?!!! I explained that I have only girls as a staff so there are 3 flights of stairs that needs to be taken to my roof top terrace and since garden furniture set ( 4 armchair and 1 table ) maybe needs installation and I told Tanja that I am ready to pay extra for both services ones the delivery boys come with things. Tanja was nice, I am not sure but maybe supervisor and only really thinking person in entire chain. She gave me complementary service in terms of bringing up 3 cartons each around 30 kg. The delivery for 700 euros is included and couple of days later it came. It was my daughter alone. The guys from the delivery said that this kind of service they don’t do and actually we need to call a lifter???!! Same day friend of mine on his own ( 160m tiny man) took the boxes 1 by 1 ( out of 3/4) on 3 rd floor in 20 min! I wonder why lifter or moreover big mat lazy unprofessional and brainless staff runs after such of company!!! Am I happy?! Guess. Passed 3 days and I decided to shop some more products from BigMat this time paid online. Hopefully if have problems will look for Tanja. Surprisingly this time I saw the furniture garden set still there on yellow offer ( top sales at moment like on promotion) and anyway but I saw the chairs that I wanted so I bought 4 thinking that this time they will find them since in stock, those together with other items for a total of 230 euros paid with my debit card . Passed couple of days nobody called! Not to confirm the order nor delivery ( free included) Again today is Saturday 8th of July nobody anser 2 hours calling their official telephone nor what’s app answer or mobile neither email?!!! Communication in 2023, business in2023 ?!
I wonder if big mat Italy knows what services as franchise is available in malta under same brand?! Moreover I wonder if the owner is aware of his clever staff not able to do simple things from answering the phone to customers to update online stock availability all the way to serve happy and professional customers online. Well personally online and myself directly am disappointed and yeah they lost me as customer. I use to go there even to get simple silicone for my bathroom. Am writing here now to let you know guys my next step:
This will be taken to management/ owner because they must know, and react to protect their business. There is plenty of bigger company in Malta homemade etc where i see how they grew because there is control organization and of course happy customers. More happy customers- more sales, easy and simple this is how business grows and we call them professional.
My next step is socials ( are you being served etc) because you shouldn’t waste customers time, nerves and money and this is how also the owner will understand how to improve his business control and choose professional people not bunch of don’t want to even mantion what… before is too late!!
