I bought an item from eBay that turned out to be faulty, possibly fake swanbuddy. when I returned I Returned the item. they only refunded me 49%. No reason why just did it, had to take it up with eBay to get a full refund. Then I noticed my negative review had been removed. If all negative reviews were left on eBay maybe people wouldn't buy off of them there.

Advertised a 16 channel DVR, sent me a 4 channel and then claimed it was what I ordered so I get to pay $67.00 to ship it back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. BTW, did you know they have 100% positive feedback? What a crock!! They are not honest.

Just received my red lady bug speaker dock, i new it had sticky stuff all over it , no problem got it off, but
1. It’s black ( I wanted a red one)
2. Got a huge dent in it ( nerver mentioned that)
3. EBay purchase and they said I’d reviewed them when I hadn’t.
4. Bottom of it is Brocken.

At the end of October I purchased a 14inch tablet from these shysters via Ebay, the item was supposedly opened but not used. I paid £199.00. They said it had a 12 month warranty. It arrived a few days later. I opened the outer box and found a sealed product box inside. I put it away as it was part of my wife's Xmas Gift. Her eyesight is fading and like many she is on a very long waiting list for corrective surgery. With a screen twice her existing one, I hoped it would assist her, until surgery. I gave her it on 25th, she actually openeded it on the 26th. There was a significant crack on the screen, the out plastic cover was not on correctly, and a wireless mouse dongle was already in situ. It certainly had been used. So I contacted them on that day SEEK A REPLACEMENT. No go, they said I should have fully opened it and inspected it the day ity arrived... I was falsely sold as unused. I asked for them to send me the complete terms of their warranty. in fact I've asked 3 times and it has not been produced. These are liars, and shysters. I about to try Visa or the County Courts

Bought Skull Candy headphones that worked fine for about 5 months. Although I used them every day at work, the same headphones that I've previously bought would last me about usually about 18 months. So it was a surprise when it would not turn on. It's impossible to attempt to self fix it so I double checked the 12 month warranty with Bigpockets via eBay.
Contacted Jamie who immediately asked me to post them for a replacement.
2 days later I have a new set of the same model headphones that I ordered.
One very pleased customer here :)

Ordered cctv using ebay, i wanted to ask for an upgrade to the hard drive, a day after the order and even though my order had been packed and awaiting courier collection they happily changed it and delivery was next day. I found super fast friendly email response and telephone contact easy and with a polite can do attitude. which a lot of sellers seem to lack.

Terrible company. Bought a phone, for my son, that arrived broken. Replacement arrived but was faulty. Returned the phone, at my own expense, as they wouldn't provide a return label. They the charged me 20% of my payment, as they send a charger cable was missing, and that the phone wasn't faulty. Correspondence received ranged from condescending to plain insulting. Avoid this Company at all costs!

the customer service is absolutely rubbish.
They gave me a used product advertised it as new.
Refused to pay for return label. Although was initially advertised they do free returns.
Absolutely would avoid at all cost.

Do not use this company, ordered cctv cameras, advertised and priced as new other meaning box had been opened but when arrived sticker on box said refurbished product, miss selling

Again this dodgy bunch are at it again claiming to be under new management and new ownership this is not true they are still operating from the same address phone number and website address. They are still under the same directorship as before if you check company's house their company is still active and no changes have been made this is a offence under the company's act and they are have been reported to Leicester Trading Standards. So same dishonest dealings from the same crooked owners.

This company is nothing more than a bunch of robbing thieving Charlatans who just fob you off with every excuse one after the other. Bought a tablet from them and from day 1 the tablet has never worked properly. Kept in touch via email and even lately with a telephone call. Always been polite but they couldn't even be bothered after i requested to email me a returns postage label. That is how lazy, tight and inconsiderate these thieving B******'s are. Nothing more but a bunch of Asian/Indian robbers.

Its a good idea to take a look at the free postage items, as sometimes these items cost less than the postage, meaning you save money and get more for the money you spend.

This website has lots to offer, from toasters to TV's and everything in between. there are some great offers available and a good selection of price ranges.

I have bought a few items off Big Pockets and found them cheap and good quality and the delivery was outstanding.

I ordered one item at around 3pm on day and it was delivered the next morning

The items i've purchased from these guys have been very good quality!

I bought a home gym for less than 50% of the Argos price, consumables are unbeatable, and will be buying my next PC from these guys too, a great bargain!
