I wanted to upgrade my ticket purchase and was not thrilled with all the service fees added on to the ticket prices. My initial contact with customer service was not great. However, the owner, John stepped in and helped make everything right. In today's world, it was a refreshing surprise to have him reach out to make sure the situation was improved.
