I ordered a part on 04/08/2026 and paid for expedited shipping. Finally got an update on the 14th -5 days later showing it was being shipped from korea! I was not notified it was not in stock and had to be ordered. Here it is 04/21/26 and is stuck in customs in Memphis TN due to the paperwork not being correct. After contacting the seller I was basically told oh well this happens no update nor any attempt to find out what went wrong

BEWARE OF SCAM!
Completely wrong product sent for wrong car, wrong year, and everything was off. Attempted to contact customer service 4 times and ignored every single time despite their contact option listing “open 7 days a week.” They are a Korean distributor and when I attempted to “chat” option on their website during their daytime hours, literally every single hour throughout the day they constantly say “sorry we are not available”. Unable to contact any other way, and when you send a customer service inquiry, there is no proof sent to your email despite them requesting your email address. Do not purchase even if it seems like they are cheapest option, you’ll end up having to purchase from another retailer anyway!!!

Website's help center is a copy from CARiD.com which is a legit website. I called CARiD and asked about this website and they couldn't believe their information had been copied to that website. We also noticed that there are many words misspelled on this website and that their CC processing center was not working properly that alerted us onto this being a fake website. When you set up an account the email comes from wootekmobile at gmail.com. This email is not listed anyplace on the website. Legit businesses don't send emails from gmails.
