The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the app. I personally don't use the app, but as the firm's BT admin, I get lots of questions from our staff about it, and currently the BT app isn't working well at all.

However, Nate H. with BT, was incredibly helpful and quick at responding to my inquiries today. Solved a couple of issues that I definitely couldn't figure out on my own. So thankful to have the BT support team at my fingertips!

Recently I met via Zoom with BigTime support staff, Andres R. to resolve an issue. Andres was very knowledgeable, patient and stayed in the call twice as long as scheduled to ensure that my issues were resolved. He followed up with me to ensure that all of my concerns were met. Great work Andres!

Tyler G. was amazingly fast, efficient and effective. I appreciated that he assisted via Zoom to show me the ease of making the adjustments I needed.

BigTime is the easiest tool for entering and tracking time and expenses. Tyler From big time was very helpful.

Implementation was done horribly. Staff we worked with did not know answers, did not set up anything, when we went live were no where to be found. To top it off we used their Wallet payment software and payments were received in wallet but no idea when we will be able to see it in our business checking account.

The implementation was the best I ever received. Patient, no nickle and diming on the implementation. Kevin was incredibly knowledgeable about the product and its use.

BigTime has a great dashboard that enables me to see multiple jobs at once and see how our hours are tracking with our budgets. And it has a good hours / time tracking input format that is fairly simple and quick. It benefits our architecture office. Tyler G. helped us figure out some bulk commands that were a great time saver. Excellent and responsive customer support.

I have tried a few other professional services firms and they have all been very expensive. BigTime has been the best alternative for me. I am able to get a quality service at an affordable price. The process is easy and it's been a lot easier for my team to work with the team at BigTime since there is only about one step to complete each project. I am a big fan of this service!

I like being able to perform my invoicing, submit my invoices, and track my team's time for invoicing all in one location. It is quite handy to be able to login remotely at any time and to have all of the time tracking, invoices, and payments in one location. By using this you can manage expenses and it’s quite easy and simple.

The support is terrible for more than 1 month that I wrote and they do not answer, I do not recommend them at all, be responsible and improve your customer service.

BigTime is the best tool for managing multiple projects and it honestly helped a lot.

the best feature of big time is time tracking.It is easy for employees to record their time and also gives managers the ability to track the time their employees spend on other projects.

Thanks for this Shep – its a good reminder and very powerful points of the need to go beyond just asking for a review, and being proactive to communicate the message through the business that the reviews will encompass all areas of service. I was intrigued to read recently though that 76% of customers who are asked to leave a review go on to write one. It surprised me that the rate is this high, though understandable when you think about it given so much of our transactional activity commences online.

This has been a great decision our company made. The ease of time and billing has been amazing. I highly recommend BigTime.
