BigTime is really helpful and effective tool to manage and maintain your budgeting processes, time management issues, financing tools and resource allocation programs. It has been a great experience for me using BigTime and I liked it's user friendly interface a lot. Overall BigTime has impacted effectively in terms of cost savings and efficiency at large.

We used to track everything on paper, so this has been quite the upgrade! It is easy to customize for our company's specific needs. We are saving a lot of time with scheduling and invoicing! We are able to access all of our company records remotely and it has proven to be an effective communication tool for our team because everything is in one place. Their customer service is easily accessible and VERY helpful.

BigTime is an efficient time tracking platform that we use in the whole of our company and it has helped us track time for our employees and helps address the problem of missing overtime hours and eliminate the erroneous problem of over-addition of bonus hours. still it has helped track hours taken in executing a specific time and this has helped a lot in planning our workflows and improving our project management ideals and processes. Still our customer delivery services have improved thus enabling us build a loyal customer base.

Our company has been using BigTime for a month now and so far we are very pleased with the onboarding and seamless integration with QuickBooks. We wanted to adopt BT so that we could better understand how employees were spending their time. We understood billable time but needed more detail on unbillable time. This platform helps us see what is keeping employees busy and therefore helps us increase productivity for those who are not as busy.

BigTime is incredibly user-friendly. Our representative, Sam, was great at introducing us to the platform and answering any questions we had (and have).

I had a great webinar with Theo today. He presented on reports that you could generate using BigTime functionality. The presentation was clear, helpful and intuitive. He covered how to set up several reports, how to modify the reports, and how to save the reports. Very helpful.

Love BigTime and its reporting capabilities! Staff training and accessibility has been wonderful, they are always willing to help. Training with Theo was wonderful, and onboarding with Sylvia was seamless. I would definitely recommend it.

This product is great for tracking time against projects and tasks. It integrates very well with QuickBooks. It is relatively easy to function around in and the Customer support is great. Having the ability to go to Webinars for a quick review on various modules is great.

BigTime is a great timekeeping & expense tracking tool. It is easy to use & I love the mobile option to record expenses in real-time. Most importantly customer service is quick to respond & helps until the issue is fully resolved... thanks Kwame for your help!

Bigtime is great for time keeping and invoices for hourly based projects. 7 person consulting shop and this is perfect. I've worked at large organizations as well and this would be great for them too. Recent training session from Ben on reporting was very helpful to learn the power of reporting capabilities. Easy to use, mobile app is great for receipts.

BigTime is a great, easy to use tool. From an employee user side, it’s incredibly easy to enter/track time and expenses. From an admin side, it’s also easy to add new employees, companies, projects, and tasks. From a project management standpoint, the reporting and automation capabilities are great.

Been with Big Time since 2005. Chris Princiotta is an amazing attribute to this company and to be honest if it wasn't for Chris's help these past 7 or so years we would have moved on, as this company continues to grow I hope they don't loose track of Customer service and caring about people.

BigTime Software has greatly helped us with our day-to-day tasks and responsiblitilies. The platform is very user-friendly and streamlined. Very easy ot use and the funcitionality is exceptional. Their customer service is also top-notch. They are very responsive and they strive to help you get your needs met.
