Multiple credits not received, was advised on live chat to contact mia @ bigwins2.com but site disappeared and server rejected emails so no way to get money back

Still waiting for my withdrawal, emails are blocked , website says I’m blocked try to log in and it redirects to Basswins which I did not sign up for and that says my balance is 0, they are scammers please BEWARE

If I could give a zero I would. Do not use them, they are scammers, they use excuse after excuse, then block you from contacting them. Try and email them it gets bounced back. Try another, they ignore and when you do get a reply it’s to give more excuses.

I was owed over £1000 and made to wait 2 months for a bank transfer which I was told had failed. I managed to withdraw £370 using their crypto withdrawal method which cost me money in transaction fees but was happy to finally get a payout. I’m still owed nearly £700 and as of last night the site doesn’t seem to exist. All emails are bouncing back from representatives I have contacted previously and the bigwins support email says it has no record of me. Extremely frustrated but seems like they have taken the money and run. Exploring other options now. And advice would be appreciated

Waiting 3 weeks for a withdrawal asked on chat 4 times about this yo he cut off twice ....now when I go on the website its saying there's an issue ...anyone else had this problem ?

So I’m awaiting a withdrawal and it’s been 8 days.
I have read comments and posts about it being a scam but I’m not sure that that is true.
If anyone has email address to contact them as per previous post I would be grateful. I will update as soon as I hear anything.

I won 4646.44£ and they did not pay nothing yet I made the withdrawal on the 22 may and still till today awaiting the online chat terribly bad they keep saying 7 to 21 working day which is weird the online chat keep ending the chat whenever you talk to them before you finish talking ,I sent many emails to them with not even one reply never seen something like this at all very disgusting

Finally got my money after 62 days of hounding them. They blocked my live chat due to “possible cyber attack” as I contacted them so many times. Absolutely unacceptable, especially when live chat don’t even answer the question being asked and cut you off.

Would definitely NOT recommend them so glad I finally got my money but I’m not going through that ever again.

So i wrote the last review on this post and have since had some updates.

Having baraged them with email after email the following has happened.

They have took my advice and payouts are quicker. Around 24 to 48 hours. I have since had 2 payouts of over 300 each no problems. I would reccomend this casino over others now. Although they don't register and its still a risk, I'm guessing the people who play this casino or on Gamstop or Gamban.

My advise is give a try small deposits cash out and see. I have some contact details if anyone is struggling to get their winnings.

Overall better CS and I will update a review In a month's time... but so far so good.. thanks for listening BIGWINS1

Fake and scammers I showed them proof 3 times that the site has fake RNG and that just ended the chat guys be aware you will lose your money soon as you put it in the better reviews are them, the accounts come from there software

This company are a scam people don't use them for a start when you deposit look on your banking app and see who the money goes to because it ist them it's a scam company your money goes to someone in Nairobi also I've deposited and the money didn't go into the site it dissappeard I never saw it again you have been warned people stay away

Made a withdrawal on Feb 9th and still not received money. Customer service close the chat mid conversation when you ask for a time frame as to when you will receive money.

28 January was maded withdraft ( 100£) . Still no money. Support ignoring, do not responding to emails. Scamers!!!!

Really bad site does not pay out winnings. Customer service is rude and arrogent do not play this site total scam. I play sister site Oceanbreeze and always get paid within 5 days i wouldnt put my money on bigwins. Id say a big loss ps still waiting withdrawles since 8 december 2023

I would say avoid this side , you getting huge welcome bonus , but you have to wagged it 50x ( that’s quite a lot , it’s one of them sides where you can still cancel your withdrawal , processing time of withdrawal can be anywhere between 7-21 working days , so ye , plus costumer services very slow
