Absolutely unacceptable experience. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Bike Farm MV.

I placed an order, paid for it in full, and after several weeks I still had not received what I paid for.

The worst part was the complete lack of proper customer service. I tried contacting the company through several different channels, but getting any meaningful information about my paid order was extremely difficult.

What made the situation even more frustrating was that when I contacted them as a potential new customer, I received a response much faster. It gave me the impression that selling another product was more important than dealing with an existing customer who had already paid.

Instead of receiving clear information, a tracking number, a proper explanation, or a refund, I had to repeatedly chase them just to find out what was happening.

The communication was terrible and the entire experience was extremely unprofessional.

In my experience, this company showed very little respect for the customer’s time and money. I would not recommend Bike Farm MV to anyone.

If you value reliable communication, proper customer service and peace of mind, I strongly suggest buying elsewhere.

Ordered and paid for a product over a month ago. No response whatsoever from the company despite trying to send e-mails and calling a couple of times. I have no clue what's going on. Would strongly recommend against ordering from them.

Never use bikefarmmv I'm down €80 as I haven't received my part and I have sent about 10 emails and try calling but no answer I wouldn't order from here again hopefully others see this message and don't get scammed like me

The order took about 1 month to arrive.

Brilliant. I dealt with the company direct through email and arranged for the parts to be sent to me. Great to deal with and pleased with products

First, their website doesn't allow shipping to the United States. That is kind of ok until you try to reach them out by email... That's the most frustrating part, They simply ignore you, in other words. The only way t purchase from this people is thru the website, otherwise you won't be getting anything from them.

Parts are perfect now can get feet flat on ground Thank you

I've ordered an article and never received anything after 2 month's. They won't reply to emails. The only mail they ever sent me was the invoice with the amount to be payed. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!
