Terrible Customer Service and No Refunds - Avoid This Webshop!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this webshop. After waiting for weeks, I still haven't received my refund. Despite sending an email, I haven't gotten any response. The last time I had a similar issue, it took 5 weeks for the refund to be processed. It seems like this problem has happened to many others as well. I strongly advise against using this webshop. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere!
