Bought a child's electric scooter over £100 and within a month it wasn't working.
Told by customer service to buy a multi meter and test the charger and battery, my response was no way am I buying one so they sent me a cheap crap thing to test it in the post.
Me knowing nothing about electrics or batteries had to figure out how to do this with some rubbish instructions sent to me by them (for a completely different scooter) several phone calls and email later still not sorted but apparently they will send me a part to fit myself 🙈 what a load of crap it's still not resolved and my daughter is upset she hasn't got a scooter to use.

Just like the others said. We ordered beginning of Oct kept getting promised delivery but when it got to mid Dec and my 2 quads had not arrived it was looking like my grandkids were not getting any christmas presents. I rang Trading standards and managed to get my money back with one week till christmas. There excuse was computer error.....yeah right . Dont stress yourself and go elsewhere. I went on ebay and had my quads for less money in 48hrs.

This company took £250 off of us. Used whisl as there courier. Said the bike was delivered 3/12/20. No bike has been delivered. Had to get money back from bank. Do not use this 2 bit company. Dodgy as. Call them on 07748900004. Very rude and unhelpful chap on the other end.

For anybody that's still chasing this company, they're now trading under a different name at the same address.

I hope this helps anybody that's been ripped off by these people, which by the sounds of it is a lot.

This company is impossible to contact. There is no telephone number on the website and the "contact us" email option is clearly never monitored.
Even worse, the Company Number 8944665 quoted under its terms and conditions is shown at Companies House as dissolved in March 2019 and with a different trading address
I have been trying to get a response and a refund from them since mid June with not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement
Avoid at all costs and good luck with sending them my review, Trustpilot, the email they use just bounces back as undeliverable!

Interrogator quad bike bought, with less than 2 hours running time this quad fell to bits is unsafe and unusable. The company do not provide customer service and ignore your consumer rights. All the negative reviews I have read mirror our experience. Please avoid using Bikes4fun.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. !!!!!
Bought my son a 125cc quad bike for Christmas. Damage to the plastic on delivery 13th Dec. Tried to contact the company no joy. Had to get the bike assembled as there was no contact from them and too close to Christmas. Plastic footwell wouldn't fit correctly due to gear leaver. Battery was flat, charged it Christmas eve and flat again by Christmas morning. Continued to try contacting the company and they didn't respond until 12th January. Phone call of said mechanIc and he will send a new battery on 24hr delivery. Battery took a week to arrive. Still won't start. Safety cut cap kept coming loose so quad would cut out when it was finally running. I have got PayPal involved and have finally got a full refund. The customer service was absolutely shocking. Save your self time and effort and DO NOT buy from this company.

Ordered plastics for a electric mini quad
Over 2 weeks delivery then very poor quality plastics , when emailed i was informed it was a manufacturing marks, the paint was chipped and the edges were rough wasnt the same as the picture, very disappointed as was my 5 year old, they offered a 15% refund of my 15 quid, avoid at all costs

Same company as RC-Hobbies.co.uk.....(check there reviews on here) they sell cheap dangerous quads and don’t care when they fall apart within hours of using them.

Paid for my order been 2weeks now and still not received my emails are getting ignored WARING STAY WELL CLEAR

Bought 2 x 125cc quads and feel utterly ripped off. STEER WELL CLEAR. They won't get back to me, both quads faulty, poor quality non starters. They won't be in business long!!!

Couldn’t ask for more , ordered Sunday , they arrived Tuesday , I built them both up and one fairing was damaged and they sent a replacement straight off , this arrived and built them up and put fuel in and within 3 pulls both bikes fired straight into life no Messing

I PURCHASED A QUAD FOR THE GRANDCHILDREN FOR CHRISTMAS IT WAS DELAYED DELIVERY BUT DID ARRIVE IN TIME FOR XMAS,OPENED XMAS EVE BUT HAS SEVERAL FAULTY PARTS INCLUDING THE SAFTY CUT OUT BUTTON FOR CHILDREN AND COULD NOT START, UNHAPPY BOYS WERE UNABLE TO USE XMAS DAY, I EMAILED AND LEFT MESSAGES AND WAS JUST GAVE A EMAIL OF THINGS TO TRY FOLLOWED BY YOU NEED TO BE A MACHANIC TO USE, HOW PERFECTIC ITS A KIDS 49CC MINI QUAD! THEY REFUSED TO EXCHAGE OR COLLECT SO WE ARRANGED A 70 MILE TRIP TO THEIR UNIT IN LEICESTER AND WAS TOLD WE COULD DELIVER BETWEEN 11AM AND 11.15AM OR AMY WOULD LEAVE, LUCKILY IT WAS DELIVERED WITHIN THE TIME AND TOLD IT HAD TO BE LOOKED AT BEFORE A REFUND COULD BE DESCUSSED, WE LATER RECIEVED A EMAIL 5 DAYS LATER SAYING IT WAS WELL USED, APART FROM A 20 MIN START WHEN A MACHANIC TRYED TO CHANGE A PART AND GOT IT RUNNING THEN DIED AND REMAINED DEAD IT WAS NEVER USED,AND THERE WAS NO WHEEL WEAR TO PROVE OTHERWISE ONLY DIRT WHERE IT WAS USED TO TOP OF GARDEN AND BACK IN THE 20 MINS IT STARTED,SINCE THE NEW YEAR I HAVE REPEADILY REQUESTED MY £207 REFUND SO I CAN BUY A NEW QUAD FOR THE GRANDSONS WHO HAVE HAD TO MISS OUT ON THEIR GIFT THAT THEY HAD WAITED FOR,THEY ARE NOW TRYING TO TELL ME IF IT IS NOT COLLECTED THIS WEEK THEY WILL START CHARGING ME £10 A WEEK STORAGE WHAT A JOKE! Bought A quad for grandchildrens Xmas present
put it together xmas eve ,Parts were poor quality and broken.
phoned and emailed all over xmas and new year and was completely ignored. eventualy got hold hold of someone via facebook, when eventualy managed to speak to some one was told i was a F***ing cow
for leaving a message on thier facebook site.they would not collect and refund my money , so contacted trading standards for advice.
was told that they were already aware of the companies bad trading record.ended up doing a 150mile round trip to return the quad
they never even had the decency to speak to me face to face
i had to get a neibouring company to take delivery and sign.
i have contacted my bank to get my money back and have a on going case with trading standards,as yet no refund.
Next step solicitors, and small claims court
grandchildren still without thier present as i cant afford to buy another quad untill i have been refunded.
There are not any actual premises owned by the company.
They operate out of a self storeage rental unit in Leicester . Beware
my advice is dont buy from this company.
