Bike under warranty and a problems with a component...cycles uk are not interested in helping with this problem. They have had my back wheel for a month and just not interest and passed the problem back to me. i have a £1000 mtb that is sitting at home unrideable and feel very disappointed. I have even offered to pay for the repair, but not much response from them.
Perfect in every way.
Avoid this store. €8.99 for postage 4 days to dispatch.
Ordered a set of pedals on 17/06/2023 didn’t get a tracking number until 21/06/2023 and paid 8.99 euros for shipping to Spain.
Wasn’t happy with this and even more dissatisfied that the parts are coming from Germany. Probably won’t see them until July now… If I realised this was a drop shipping site i would not have ordered and definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

really dissatisfied, called before I bought and was promised 10-15 days, and now 20 days have passed and they still can't say when the bike will be delivered. tragic service. so if it was to busy now they should have told me ,than i would have bought another place !

be careful what you buy item description might not be right and it will be your problem
they don't have updated description in the website, so you buy something and expect to get what is described and you don't. They don't care If you don't have time to send back a package because they don't do their job. Be aware of this; then they ask you to give a review of the product and when you tell the truth like im doing now they reject your review, so they only have 5 stars reviews in their website, awesome way to do business.

Servicio de atención al cliente pésimo.
25/04/22 - Compré una bicicleta plegable Tern Link D7i con un precio de 1106,99€, por lo que se presupone que su calidad debe ser superior a otras marcas. Incluye el cambio integrado en el buje Shimano Nexus® 7 Hub Gear.
26/05/22 - Al segundo uso de la bicicleta me pongo de pie en la misma para adelantar (sin cambiar de marcha), se oye un chasquido y la rueda trasera se bloquea al desplazarse sobre su eje transversal y tocar el marco, mi peso es de 70kg. Me toca volver a casa en tranvía con la rueda totalmente bloqueada.
27/05/22 17:07 - Escribo al servicio de atención al cliente indicando lo ocurrido.
30/05/22 11:21 - Me indican que envíe las imágenes de la avería y así lo hago a las 12:24.
06/06/2022 (10 días después del primer contacto) - Después de haber llamado varias veces y no haberme devuelto las llamadas me escriben un email diciendo que mi caso se está revisando, repito 10 días después del primer contacto.
17/06/2022 (21 días después del primer contacto) - Me indican "El fabricante nos ha respondido y le ofrece ir a un taller de su confianza para resolver la incidencia. Posteriormente, nos envia la hoja de servicios así como IBAN y nombre del titular de la cuenta y le reembolsaremos. El coste de dicha reparación estará alrededor de los 70€."
Han tardado tres semanas en indicarme que lo lleve a un taller y que ellos abonarán la reparación de esos 70€ estimados. Me surgen varias dudas:
- ¿Cuál es la avería cuyo precio de reparación estiman en 70€? En caso de que la avería sea superior a esos 70€ estimados, ¿la abonarán? ¿Por qué no se me indica qué es lo que le pasa al cambio si tienen tan claro el coste de la reparación?
- ¿Por qué no han contestado a mi pregunta sobre devolver la bicicleta debido al mal servicio prestado?
-¿Por qué tardan hasta tres semanas en dar una respuesta sencilla?
Por todo ello no recomiendo esta tienda para nada, el servicio de atención al cliente es pésimo e ineficaz. En una avería de este tipo el cliente debe estar informado en todo momento de lo que está pasando.
Mi consejo es que no compren en esta tienda, yo no lo haré más. Dependiendo que como tramiten el abono de la reparación me plantearé denunciarlos frente a consumo.

04/25/22 - I bought a Tern Link D7i folding bike with a price of €1106.99, so it is assumed that the quality must be superior to other brands. It comes with the Shimano Nexus® 7 Hub Gear integrated into the hub.
26/05/22 - On the second use of the bike I stand up on it to overtake (without changing gear), I hear a click and the rear wheel locks when it moves on its transverse axis and touches the frame, my weight is 70kg. I have to go home by tram with the wheel completely blocked.
27/05/22 17:07 - I write to customer service to tell them what has happened.
30/05/22 11:21 - I was told to send pictures of the breakdown and I did so at 12:24.
06/06/2022 (10 days after first contact) - After calling several times and not being called back they write me an email saying that my case is being reviewed, again 10 days after first contact.
17/06/2022 (21 days after the first contact) - I was told "The manufacturer has responded to us and offers you to go to a workshop you trust to resolve the incident. Afterwards, send us the service sheet as well as IBAN and name of the account holder and we will reimburse you. The cost of the repair will be around €70".
It has taken them three weeks to tell me to take it to a garage and that they will pay for the repair of the estimated €70. I have several questions:
- What is the fault for which they estimate the repair price at €70? If the fault is more than the estimated €70, will they pay for it? Why am I not told what is wrong with the gearbox if they are so clear about the cost of the repair?
- Why haven't they answered my question about returning the bike because of poor service?
-Why do they take up to three weeks to give me a simple answer?
For all these reasons I do not recommend this shop at all, the customer service is lousy and ineffective. In a breakdown of this type the customer should be informed at all times of what is happening.
My advice is not to buy from this shop, I won't do it anymore. Depending on how they process the payment of the repair I will consider denouncing them.

Very good quality product and delivery service excellent
I ordered Deda bar and stem.
I ordered Deda bar and stem with 3.99 delivery to Spain. Three weeks later still not arrived. I emailed to complain and the reply said they would chase it up and update me via email, no email!. I have telephoned several times but no answer just a recorded message saying call back later. Really disappointed, utterly awful service. However, I have had a quick refund but less than I paid!

I ordered some new wheels on 7 April and paid extra for Express delivery within 2/3 days.What a joke.A week later and I have no idea where my order is.
