Nothing is Too Much Bother.

Being a pretty capable DIYer when it comes to mechanical stuff, I've done lots and lots of work to my bikes, but when it comes to the tricky stuff, it's Paul and the team here every time. Whatever the issue, nothing is too much bother. Even Tel in sales isn't in the least bit pushy and tries to find the best deals he can - hence me buying my most recent bike from here. The team went about setting it up to suit me and fit me, showing how the new SRAM electronic gearing works, etc.

I took my wheels in for a service and whilst there I enquired about the Shimano chainset recall. Paul advised me to bring my chainsets for inspection and found two were defective. Today 8th February I received my replacements. Excellent service from a highly recommended shop.

I can't rate the service from the team highly enough! Really helpful over the phone, kept the shop open beyond closing time to allow me to collect my bike after work, and still took the time to get the set-up spot on. Much appreciated.

I used Thatto Cycles today to fix my gears on my Ultegra Di2 which I had manage to completely mess up during a firmware update.

Paul and his team were simply superb, nothing was too much trouble and ended up doing a quick once over on the bike to make sure everything was how it was suppose to be.

They did this even though the bike wasn’t purchased from them for absolutely next to nothing. Without any doubt I will be using them in future for everything.

I purchased two Altura Speed Seatpacks for two new bikes. Unfortunately I didn't try to fit them on the bikes until after the 28 day return period had finished. Bike You Like were very undertsnading and agreed to refund the cost including postage in its entirety. This is even more amazing as I had disposed of the packaging for one of them! Six stars!
