Terrible customer service
Their app for the self scan is not working in Android in Copenhagen. I have tried to contact the customer assistance and they always reply "we are working on" from months. On the 30/12 the que in Fields Bilka was like 30 minutes. That's absurd, just copy the Rema1000 app.

I ordered a New Year's gift on December 20th. After placing the order, the delivery date was December 23rd, but I see it's already New Year's, and my order still hasn't arrived. And this is domestic delivery, mind you, not from China. Orders from Germany arrive within five days. But the most interesting thing is that after placing the order, I only received an order confirmation and that's it! Two days later, the funds were debited from my account, and the item still hasn't arrived!!! Super logistics 😊

I ordered 2 items. I only received one. One boys long sleeve wool undershirt and one sleeveless wool undershirt. I only received the long sleeve undershirt and no information on why i didn't receive the sleeveless undershirt. This is unacceptable!

We can see that we have sent you an email informing you that there was an inventory counting error in our warehouse, which caused one item to go on backorder and therefore will be delivered later.
Unfortunately, it can happen that there is an issue with the stock status, or that another customer manages to get the last item in the meantime, as we pack textile products directly from the shelves in our warehouse in Tilst.
We apologize for the delay and hope that you will be happy with the blouse when it arrives.

I love Bilka. They are huge, mighty, mighty I say. They are honest and they know what they do. They are punctual and keep their words. When they put something on sale thay do their best to supply you until the last day where they promised to sell that item on sale. not like some shops. when you go there on Monday they say it comes on Thursday. When you go there on Thursday thay say it was sold out on monday. no bilka is not cheap. They are honest. I would give them an Oscar for their qualities
