Great service 👏.. Rich especially went above and beyond with helping me find the pool cue that was right for me.. Even though I ended up having to send two pool cues back because they were not exactly what I was looking for.. But eventually I found the right cue for myself.. and I really love it.. It is the McDermott G302 pool cue with the G core 13mm shaft.. I am making difficult shots with this cue because it is such a Great pool stick.. I Highly recommend Billiards King for all your Billiards needs. 5 🌟 Stars in my opinion!

Purchased a Pure X low deflection pool cue. It arrived well before expected. Had difficulty controlling the cue felt shaft was too narrow and the weight wasn't quite right. Notified Billiards King and spoke with Rich. He suggested changing the shaft and adjusting weight. After the adjustments, pool stick was a perfect match. Excellent customer service. Finally someone who takes pride in customer satisfaction. Would definitely purchase again and will recommend and refer to anyone looking for pool cues and accessories.

I needed a small inexpensive item (weight for que) so I sent a message... was surprised to get a reply in pretty much a matter of minutes telling me exactly what I needed and how to remove one and install the new one.... down to the size of Alan wrench I would need. They also offered to send pics if I needed more help. Anything else I ever need...I will definitely use the King. Fast shipping and awesome service.
