Truly non existent service.
No interest in customer needs, they just do their thing
Complicated and user unfriendly
Do not offer simple things that are truly necessary
What I hate most: sending you an invoice to continue your subscription without warning you, and then insisting that the automatic continuation is in the contract. No warning, no request continue. Despite me not having even logged in for two years! I was stupid enough to subscribe for two years originally.
What a bag of hurt!
